Hey guys, i just recently managed to get a decent closet to grow in, i previously was growing in a cooler. All i have is gooseneck lamps with 2 CFL's coming from each. I really want to improve my setup however dont have the funds to switch to HPS. Im planning on just having a nice CFL grow with the little base clips however i dont exactly know how to go about putting it all together. Im probobly gonna get a big 150W CFL to hang overtop and use the two clamp bases with 2 CFL's each at the sides. I know its simple so if anyone can tell me exactly what i'll need to buy at homedepot. thx 4 readin and i'll get pics soon.

you can buy those y-sockets so you can fit 2 bulbs per socket. i had 4 sockets and 8 bulbs total when i did cfl's.

i already got two y sockets, i just dont know how to put together the CFL clip base things.

at this point, pictures cant really help. i have an empty closet to work with. i have some mylar i just put in there tho.

i know im high ...man best thing i can tell you is have fun. everyone dosnt have sucessful grows there first try...so follow these instructions you see on this website. as best as you can. dont spend toomuch money do it cheap as possible. the worst thing you could do is buy abuncha shit and the plant dies. So do it cheap and do the best you can. and see what you come up with. after this you will learn more about growing and your next grow you will avoid problems you might go to this round

yeah, i know enough about growing to grow successfully thx to this website. i just cant figure out how to put together a cable with a CFL clip base.

correct me if i'm wrong but are you referring to the clips that are attached to cfl reflectors? if that's the case, is your problem finding things to clip the lights onto? since you said you're growing in a closet, you can used the bar you hang your clothes on to hang your lights from.
