time goes so slow when your on your first grow lol, Just chopped my girls down! always feel sad when i do lol so much time and effort put into them, got more in now though much easyer when youve got a seperate veg room means your always in flower.

Here is a pic i took today... i have a small problem... the tips on some of the leaves are curling down..... i have read up and it says overwatering, tho i dont think thats the issue cuz i have not watered them for about 4-5 days now... and still the same (tho i did water them just before i took the pic)

i herd that if you have the cfls horizontal more light gets to the plant. but also with just one cfl per plant those are huge. i have 3 cfls on one plant. it doesnt look like you have light on the side of the plants if not you might want to get some cfls to put on the side so lower on the plants get light and bud nicely also
you could try some t5 2700k but idk never flowered with those but if the right light spectrum it cant hurt and just put those on the wall so the hole plant can use its light.

nah i got a 600W above those 3 little lights but its a bit too hot if i leave that 600w on all the time for the 12/12 so its only comes on now and again for 15 mins at a time......... but i have done what you said about getting another light for lower down and its looking pretty good..... shame i didnt thing about that lol.. +rep for that one

ANT....1st....welcome to RIU. the greatest grow site one could ask for; filled w/ voluminous information, aggregately speaking- the ppl. here are very NICE and are willing to help. u seemed more prepared than me.....THEN I SAW MG SOIL...UHH, NO GOOD! it's probally the premium soil w/ time released nutes. anyway i would stay away from any miracle grow...iam no fan of it, i posted a thread "the grower who became prisoner". u can click here to check it out>https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/473013-grower-who-became-prisoner.html
i was impulsive and did it on a whim. u seem to be having more on the ball than i do. ANY HID...be it an HPS or MH needs careful consideration when establishing an adequate proximity from the lights to the plants....but u seem to know this now. as for cfl's keep them as close as 2'' sometimes maybe 3....depends on the air circulating.
BUT MUNCH BOX IS RIGHT, ALSO ABOUT THE MYLAR....THEY HAVE MYLAR TAPE AS WELL. CEESTYLE also has a very good thread on indoor grows; here>https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/83128-lumens-lux-adding-all-up.html . I found this thread very understandable; helping u understand the difference btwn lux and lumens, cfl compared to HID's, distribution of light and focused light. moreover it's an empirical observation b/c he actually uses a instrument that quantitatively shows the results....i found very INFORMATIVE!!!!

Are my plants deciding to die on me?
im around the 7-8 week of flower and i have not watered them for the past 4-5 days, i checked them yesterday and they were all fine, so did a light spray of water on them.. today i checked them and now all the fan leaves are drooping and look like they are about to drop off
the temp of the room is around 65-80 degree F...
also i just watered them about 5 mins ago, will check on them in about a hours time and see if any change.....
any help would be appreciated....

Tricones........ i would say that about 20% are clear, 65-70% cloudy and about 10% amber..... is my crop ready to harvest... sorry about crap quality pics took me ages to acutally get a pic and i "smudged" some of the tricons trying to get a decent pic of a bunch of them....... but here they are....
