on youtube, this guy from auckland's plant is growing very slowly, plant is about 2 ft tall and its been outdoors since early october! its northern lights ordered from the internet reputable supplier, quite bushy though leaves relatively small

another plant is a local climatized strain, grown in good soil good conditions but started way too late about 3 weeks old 1/2 foot tall, how big can it get before the season finishes?

Does anyone know how often to feed during flower? I use this stuff that you mix in the water and have been doing it every 3 days with heaps of water each time. Should I alternate with normal water and do it once a week instead? not sure if im over feeding. the frisian responds well to it what do you guys reckon.

yea thats def. not finished janice needs probs another 4 weeks at v least imho. So not worth pulling early after all your time and effort etc. Lookin' real nice already though! You must be pretty far North?

If you can find that neem coco stuff that's lowkey awesome ck420. Used to have it at switched on. Just mix in with your soil/put on top if already planted. All insects ditch and you don't even have to spray anything on your buds..even organic stuff probably ain't great to smoke.

Sweet as bro!, I had a feeling it might be a hermie. Funny how the males parts showed 'first', go tell that asshole at the other thread ha.
Just keep picking all the sacs off and you should have some all good stuff to smoke, well at least something anyways for you're troubles

JTW - depends what you're using, if it were bat guano I wouldn't worry too much bit I usually feed with potash every couple weeks depending on when I can go down.
I might get some bat guano bloom powder from switched on for a top feed, Ideally I'd be using earth juice- volcano bat or sunleaves - Jamaican bat guano.
It's hard feeding your plants properly growing guerilla. Hard to overfeed you're plants outside bro, especially if the have a massive root ball. They'll take as much food as they can get outside in flower.

Goldy - What if my plant's are already infested with vine hoppers?. can I still use the neem coco?. Is it still at switched on?. cheers mate. If it works you just saved mine and cooper's ass lol - Bay of plenty has the worst and most vine hoppers, they don't give a f*ck about pesticides lol. They're usually crawling up and down the stems and leaves sucking sap and turning it poisonous, they lead to sooty mould too.

cant wait to look behind the leaf curtains on this one once it dries. its gonna be frosty in there

and the clone of this pheno has just started showing flowers too

now im just wishing i scrogged this sativa pheno instead. she has really come into her own towards the end

and then there is the other pheno. im not sure what to think of this one yet. it looks great with huge calyxs and good resin but the branches despite looking stacked jut feel light and the smell isnt real strong, kind of smells like a watered down version of my daybreaker, maybe a bit more earthy kushy if anything.

Cheers cooper and CK! Sweet as bro Ill be happy if I get some smoke, seems that you had the right feeling :bigjoint: So what do you reckon guys, just keep cutting the sacs of 1 - 2 times a week? Im more than happy to pull of every single sac I see.

There will probably be the odd sac Ill miss and be a few seeds but I don't mind. Oh yeah and I better tell that asshole on the other thread hahah He was an ass about everything!
Heres some pictures Ill get some better ones soon, you can just make out the pistols.

You're the man with clf's aussie, never seen plants to that quality under clfs. Looks like hid lighting. What's your method of curing?.

Weird how the plant turned female after fully being male, never seen that before - usually the other way round.
It'l be a mish getting all the sacs off. If you get seeds don't grow them lol hermie genetics are never good.

Cooper hows the vine hoppers going? still haven't visited mine but hopefully the Panamas are ok. Not a bad February so far, weather is starting to pick up.
Hopefully the season is good enough to finish off the Malawis properly.

LOL CrazyKiwi thats because they are HID's. i use CMH (ceramic Metal Halide) lamps. full spectrum globes. have you heard of them?

my cure method isnt overly complicated. chop the plant at the base and hang upside down in a dark room until the buds are dry and crispy on the outside (this can take up to 3 weeks where i live because of high humidity but the longer the better IMO).
then i remove all the dry leaf and use it for bubble hash. (this round im thinking about going with a dry sift hash instead though) i jar up the buds and check them each night before bed, as they even out the buds will become moist again and basically if there still moist i tip em all out and leave them in a bowl in the cupboard overnight and rejar before breakfast.
i repeat that every day until they feel just right. then begins the toke testing. i crack the jars and remove 1 bud and roll a joint. i cant explain it but if you smoke joints you will know when your buds are perfect by the way they burn. so i burp the jars and toke test weekly until they are just how i like them and then they get sealed up for long term storage.

Yeah weird ae Im sure its usually the females that turn hermie and grow pods. When I found out my plant was a male I did some research about males turning hermie and most people said it rarely happens so I sort of just accepted that it was a male but nope it turned into a herime lol Heard the seeds were no good so I wont use them. Im gonna go up tomorrow and take of as many balls as I can Ill get some decent pictures to.

The weather has been amazing down here, got to 27 - 28 today and heading for 30 tomorrow apparently! Then 29, 29, 26 24 so my plant will be loving it after all the rain weve had over the last couple of weeks.

Anyone know a good product for spider mites in nz. Saw a few on the underside of a leaf, no damage yet thankfully.
