the one in the keg cup looks best to me. Did you start using nutes already? If so, you should weaken your solution by half, or stop using them for atleast another week.
your plants will be really light or just stick your finger about an inch in the soil if its moist leave it an other day or so as for how much water till you see it come out the bottom
