NEWBIES NEED HELP? smokinHerbOnDaCurb has all ansers!!!!!

oh yeah for flowering the lights need to be 12-12. Vegatative stage usally last until 7-8 weeks. You can put it into flowering when ever you want to but if you want at least an ounce of good pot I woul wait until the plant gets at least 6 weeks old. Floweing usually lasts 8 weeks. Until the little white hairs turn amber. Peak harvest time is when it has the most thc. Is when the hairs are turnin amber but not all of them bout 3/4 should be amber. Pre flowerin by the way is a period of two weeks wer little hairs sprout. then massive buds start to produce.

And vader u can start with a lighter soil cause it has vermaculite and peat moss. That is good for little roots of plants. Just make sure it is the right ph. 6.2-7.0 u can get a ph meter for a couple of bucks at a h ardware shop. Try addin some perlite for good drainage.

thanks man great info to set me on the right start, just one thing i wanna check with the 600w lamp when do i put it on to the plant while its still a seed with root? or after you can see a plant so to speak leafs or whatever?

Alright man i think youshouldnt go and buy expensive soil that has nutes already in ti. Just get dome light peat most /vermaculite soil and add some perlite. That way you can add nutrients when the need it. Maricle grow Professional somethin like that 20-20-20 for vegatation. And max bloom 8-34-8 for flowerin youll be fine. Just don over feed.!/4 strength like i said until the plant is bot 2-3 weeks old then move up from taht every week 1/2...full nearthe end of vegataion 2-3 times a week and you shouldnt worry bout burnin you plants. the brands your talkin bout im not tooo familar with.

After u put the seed with a taproot into to your soil or medium you can put the lights on but it wont really matter as much until the first rounder set emerges from the soil. You can. I usually do cause the I put those cuups over the spot wer I planted my seed the light creates humidity.

Man just got done smokin a couple of bowls and i am really high but it makes me work faster cause times in slow motion. Just got done eatin some weed bronies too. In about a hour im gunna be blasted. Any other questions?

Too bad u dont live near me I would just give you a bad of my nk deisl Some good shit. I have too much weed now a days. Nuttin to di but get super high and find creative ways to do it. I dont need a job no more. rackin in 10 grand every two weeks.

Well if you really want to help I could use some guidance.
Ok these are being grown in a spare room which is about 6 ft wide by 16 feet long or so. I will have emergency blankets on the walls surrounding the plants. Seeds are currently germinating 2 of them have roots but I've read to wait til they get about 5mm in length before planting them. I will then plant them in plastic cups until they are about 6 inches or so. After that I will move them into pots. I will use clear plastic cups in order to be able to see the root structure of the plant. The lighting I will be using for now is a simple 48 inch shop light with 2 grow light florescent tubes. I know this is not nec the best lighting, but I do not want to pay much in electricity. I have 2 175 watt metal halides and 2 110 watt 4 foot vhos but Im going to see how these SO florescent tubes work first. I will only be growing prob 3 plants at a time. What fertilizers do you recommend to start adding after a few weeks? Ive heard that eco grow and rapid grow work well. Is there something else you think I should get? I also bought a moisture, ph and light meter. If there is a fertilizer or something I should get is there somewhere online I can purchase it?

Sounds like u are off to a good start. Some ppl i knoew just expect their equipment to come out their ass LOL Yeah wait until the seeds have a taproot of about 1/4 inch long. Then plant them into your soil about 1/4 an inch down and lightly cover with soil. If I were u I woul plant them into a big enough conntainer so you dont have to transplant and worry bout stressing the plant. A 8x8x8 container should do. Or a old 5 quart ice cream bucket if all is lost. Your lights will be fine just put them close to the seedling about 3-5 inches away so they dont stretch to the light. Instead of lining the room in emergeny blankets. try aluminum foil it is probably cheaper. Fertilizer 20-20-20 for vegatation and 8-34-8 for flowering something around that will be fine just dont over feed. I wouldnt start feeding until the seed ling has its first 4 or 5th node growin. Even then 1/4 strength. read the box it will say somethin like one spoonful to one gallon or somethin. dont over water eightehr. Once the taproot is long enough plant it root down cover u and Gently water with ph balanced water Use distilled water if you want too it is balanced enough. Then cover with a plastic(clear) cup wit ha few venting holes in it . For like a humidity barier keep em on their until the seed sprouts and opens up.
