Does anyone know if there is a Nirvana rep on this site? Ive been trying to get in contact with them about my order through thier new site but no response.:neutral:

Anyone else having problems getting in contact with someone at nirvana lately? I dont know if its problems with thier new site or they have just gone to shit.

It's unbelievable. Get this. I placed an order from Nirvana this past weekend. The first attempt at payment was with one of my CCs. That payment was unaccepted. So, I tried another card. That one also went unaccepted. I never received a confirmation email from them. I've gotten absolutely nothing from them. I have 3 open "Requests", all of which have gone unanswered. When I check on my orders, one is listed as paid. The other one says "Open". I checked with my CC company and bank. Both of those payments went through and I've paid for them. I've attempted to get in touch with them, but I don't know how. All they have is the option to open a request. I swore I was never going to order from them again and I should kick myself in the ass for going back on my word. :wall: The only problem is that kicking myself will cause me pain. I think I'll hit the bong instead. Let me know if you have any luck with "NIRVA-NO". Peace bongsmilie

Ive been starting to hear nothing but bad things from them. It seems like a thread like this comes up a few times a day. I would go somewhere else next time to order.

its taking them a little longer to get things moving again. first time i ordered was from the old site & i got my seeds in 6 days which im fine with but the order from the new site is taking a bit longer i ordered on the 11th & it went into "in transit" status on friday so all i can hope for is that they show up soon once they are shipped. but i have had no problems contacting them via e-mail.. GREEN IS GOOD
