Nirvana White Widow & White Rhino -When Can I Harvest?

I currently have both WW & WR reaching week 12 of flowering cycle on 12/12. I am finally starting to see signs of the Amber Trichomes (very few at this point), but isn't it getting awfully late for this? I realize both strains are indica/sativa hybrids, but I figured they would be ready by now. I did stop giving nutes 7 weeks into the flowering cycle, thinking it would be ready at 9 weeks. Should I be concerned they are taking so long? I am using a 200w HPS, perhaps the weaker light is causing the problem? Both plants look really good, I just wish they would be ready sooner. Any advice?

they should be done. if ou are seeing amber trichs they are most likely finishing up.

Damn, i grew white widow from nirvana and harvested at week 8!? Hows the smoke though i guess you have harvested it by now? Mine was really harsh and had a big big high. but yea its a nice smoke.
got any pics?

I'm growing WR right now and The buds are starting to get fat about now. I'm 4 weeks into flowering w 400hps. I am thinking maybe you stopped giving nutes too soon, but I'm not sure if that could cause the buds to take longer to ripen.
