Is it possible to feed nitrogen to plants via foliar feeding???

Not wanting to burn roots.

no they may continue to fade. don't pull any leaves. you can let them dry out for a few days. they should be ok. they are just feeding off of stored food. i have 1 plant that i cannot get to turn back around. almost all but the bud leaves are yellow. the buds look good but it's creeping toward them.

man, Ive come so far to get some ugly ass yellow leaves..... actually they look kinda cool being all brite and shit.... but, thats besides the point, I wanna fix this, and have some prize plants. this is my only issue....

Older leaves often will turn yellow as the plant begins to use its stored sugers for bud
production and is completely normal.
If your plants are yellowing in the earlier stages of flowering(the first month) then its perfectly fine to spray them with fertilizer, just remember to dilute to a quarter of the regular strength.
The main reason they say don't spray is because it can cause bud mold, but as long as you dont go overboard with it i wouldnt worry about it.Just keep an eye on your humidity.

well, would it be okay to just carefully spry the leaves w/o getting the buds wet?? where exactly do they take food in through foliage??

Yes. And i would spray them in the morning to give the plant plenty of time to dry. The plant will also absorb the fertilizer more readily through it's tiny pores, in the cooler morning hours.

y not just feed them nitrogen during watering and not have to worry bout bud rot?

just watered these massive 5gal buckets and they wont be ready for water for another 6 days, plus, I wouldnt want to take the chance of burning the roots since Im packing on the nutes right now...

fert burn--dont want that

over water-- dont want that either

i have done it ,weak mix, plants were about three weeks?maybe four into flower,and it solved the yellowing,i did it early morning on outdoor plants,never had to try indoors but cant see why not ,just not to much water or nitrogen,but the sun over hear gets HOT,so i also did it on a day that was not going to be in the 40 celcius range,sorry may not be much help,but did work for me,and i usually never spray during flower stage but had to try something,i did one plant first left it for a couple of days seemed to be happy got the green back in new growth,but i would try one first,as i dont know what your temps are or in or outside.
