Ha ha! I don't know anything about autoflowers so the 28 days seemed specious. Sad because if that's really not a doctored photo or a dye fed plant with some lights she might be able to grow.
Take a look at her pics on autoflower.net I hate the hippy dippy shit but for the light she's using she just might get 10 grams. To each their own I suppose.
