Northeast bringin the heat for real

The Northeast as Will Smith would say, is " bringin the heat for real" Most of the time I worry about keepin my plant room warm enough during lights out period, but man its been hot this year, and my growroom is in my basement ! AC is just not an option, I'm already paranoid about the electricity I use with twin 400 watt lights on, and I dont have a scrubber to blow air out of the room, but I do bring fresh air in with a can fan, but when that air is 90 degrees already it sure doesnt help much.

I think next year, I'll skip over June July and August altogether. I really do think there must be something to this Greenhouse Effect they talk about. Every year here, it seems to get a little bit hotter.

So, anybody else dealing with extreme heat this year? Day after tomorrow calls for 97 for a high. Damn thats hot. !!

Believe it or not, it's much cooler here in Florida, only about 90, but still hot! I have everything outdoor because there's no way to keep cool otherwise. They don't seem to mind the heat outdoors thank goodness!

I'm in Maine and grow in my basement also. Just bought an a/c now dealing with high humidity. Empty my dehumidifier 4-5 times a day. I have 2 rooms going and pay 175 a month in electricity. May just quit and do outdoors during summer months.

here in southeast michigan it was 99 degrees. they were saying it felt like 106. iam growing in a tent in a room in an attached garage lol. MY tent only went up to 83. thank god for man cooled air.

I should have a tank of that. I could judt Mickey Mouse it and crank it open for a few secs now and then. Better than nothing I suppose. I'm just not in a place to be able to buy equipment right now I kinda gotta fly with what I have. Which isnt much. But I do have some exotic seeds ! I was gonna hang it up for awhile after my current run finishes out but I cant help myself from dropping seeds !! Now, my next run is gonna rock !! ( famous last words )
I figure I can veg thru July and August with CFL bulbs and by the time I have to turn on the HPS lights, the nights will be cool by then.
See, I just talked myself into it. It never ends Funny thing is I rarely smoke the stuff. I give it all to the Mrs, and she does it all up. I just enjoy growing it. And of course I enjoy not buying inferior crap from the streets.
