Not sure of this issue

This plant looks terrible I mean it's it's a pain in the ass to grow to start with. I'm just going to point that out it was a mix between bubble bomb and Bob Marley and a friend of mine was the one that crossed them and it's been nothing but a pain in the ass to grow this is like the second one that I've done. It's just a pain in the ass and it doesn't yield very much either but anyway is anybody know what this issue is is it bugs or is it what is it I don't I don't know I'm still fairly new to all this so yeah I just need a little bit of help. Did I mention it's a pain in the ass to grow lol. None of my other plants have been this difficult they all had the kind of curling at times at the ends with the brownish looking leaves I'm using I make my own soil normal amendments added to it blood meal bone meal Epsom salt I use biochar I use a tiny bit of chickenshit dried I usually use mushroom compost that I didn't have any in this batch of dirt I use Marine cuisine as well I use a little bit of garden lime and some pearlite to taste haha and I use a big bag of base like I guess is what you would call it just a normal potting soil i just add to it. I've actually had really good results with everything but this plant regardless of the sometimes that like the leaves getting a little bit weird on some of the plants but nothing like this I did just super crop for the first time today I'll see how that works out not on that plant though I don't think it would take much more but yeah if anybody can help me out let me know I'd appreciate it.

Can you take some pictures with natural light, or lights off with a flash or lamp.

It's really difficult to see and diagnose.

From what little I can see , it doesn't look like bugs I've seen, tips are curled down too.

Could be all this guesswork with the ammendments causing overload of N , lockout of calcium. Various other issues.

Too hard to tell in that lighting.

Yeah sorry.. once the lights come on tonight i can.. i haven't had problems with any of my other plants with this issue so i dont think its the amendments. I just make my own soil. I just tweeked a few different recipes i had seen online and had gotten from a few people over the last year. I have everything measured out so i dont overload them. I am using ff liquid fertilizers that i have just started tweeking because i know it drops the ph like crazy when using them. I was thinking it might be a ph issue.. ill post a pic of my other plants so you can see its not the soil.. not sure the quality of the pics. The flower room has the purple looking lights but ill take pics later with regular lights on. I think you should be able to tell that they look better though. I appreciate the help for sure..
