Not sure what im doing wrong!!

New grower. I planted 2 bagged seeds. Planted Both plants on November 12 . Plants are slowly growing but one continue to loose its leaves. They both are in two separate boxes with different lights. The box with the dying plant have ventilation and fans plus humidifier. The plant that's thriving don't have no ventilation system. Not understanding what's wrong. What can cause slow growth?

Raise you lights the leaves are tacoing...you have that little guy under 1000 watts or 100 watts? A 1000 is waaaay too much..growing veg they only need half of what they need in flower 400-600 ppfd in veg should be your target. 600 if your adding co2
 
7 weeks damn i mean after 7 weeks they should be 2 ft tall and ready to flower must be the light and the medium and the enviroment all out of wack
 
They are both suffering light stress..I’d start over..sorry I know that’s not what you wanted to hear.
 
Veg under cfl or t5 to be safe until you know what your doing...the 1000 is too much flower with the 1000.

How many cfls should i use for my 2x2. For one plant.

I know that you didnt mention LeD light but can i use those. Or is that the reason the are burning?

Do you like the cree+ led bulbs?
I used 3 in took the plastic coving off.

UPDATE!!!!! UPDATE!!!!!!

I move the 1000w light up away from the plant that was dying . And took away a cree 100w from the other. Now i know what the problem was. I orders some Led 60w. Im gonna turn the lights down. Ill use the 1000w for flowering.

I have a question. Leaves have 7 fingers in one plant so i believe their just getting into the vegetative stage. How long show i keep them in veg. Before turning light to 12/12?
