I don't know if it will make your buds look better, but it will help with smell, flavor and harshness. I don't know what you mean by blasting it. If buds are still moist after a couple days curing and evening out, I take mine out of the jars for a few hours and place them in a paper bag and then go back to the jars. Sometimes with really dense buds, I have to do this a couple times.

Hang in there!

Nothing can make them look better. The cure will bring out the smell, smoothness, and flavor.

Fuk how they look! A good cure will definitely make buds smell, taste and smoke better (less harsh). It won't help looks. If you gave your buds lots of good light (tight nugs) and you trimmed 'em well, they should look good. They may not have all that much smell, even after curing. But when ground and vaped, they should give you a nice sweet taste. My shit always does. If I can impart any wisdom on you, it would be to use Boveda packs when curing in jars. This shit is amazing. This year I dried my 500 grams, and as usual, the fukin 30% California humidity caused my DANK-ass smellin' buds to wind up smellin' like fukin' HAY  Instead of the PITA "pack 'em in jars and burp every other day" routine. I jarred em with 2 Boveda packs/jar and stored them. Checked them after one week for mold (fukin pillars). Then boxed em up for another month. They don't have the original dankness, they lost that shit forever, with the unintended quick dry :-( But they do have a nice smell, no hay smell. And again, when ground and vaped ) or rolled, they taste really good (and I am a taste snob). Nice and smooth (not harsh), even burning and easily ground.

Now, having written all that  I believe you had some grow issues. If so, don't be concerned about looks. Fernando was wrong, it is better to smoke good than to look good...lol Be thankful for the bounty you harvested and try to make the best of it. Mr Sunshine has it right, a bad cure could make it worse. A good cure won't "cure" all ills. But it may make your shit, more "smokeable" bongsmilie

Good luck

When I found out about those packs it changed my cure methods. I just hang for 3 days. Put them in a air tight container and add the packs. The buds don't have a chance to dry out especiall only hanging for 3 days.

I've never really used looks as a positive indicator as to how good buds are, somewhat of course. I've seen so much light, fluffy bud that would just kick my ass. Looks can definitely be deceiving.
