What soil are you using? How long have they been in the soil?
If a plant is in healthy soil and looks happy. There are no nutrients sold that are some special weapon to create better bigger buds. Nutrients are only used to correct deficiencies or to feed the soil. You will want to use a grow or veg nutrient in the veg stage and transition to a bloom or flowering nutrient for the flowering stage. I'd put some of that budget in to books on growing. Forums are going to fill your head with some good information and some bad information and the bad will be hard to unlearn.

I'm not sure when you should fertilize but if they are very young plants they would only need a very small amount of fertilizer. A formula for the veg or grow stage and only a small portion of what the label recommends( maybe 25-50%)
If they are healthy stay on the side of under fertilizing. Let them tell you when they need more. If you can take pics and post them here it would help.

They just make it to the ground today, it's not about when give them nutes. I'm not gonna start feeding them, im just asking for their entire life, which nutes should i give them besides I have.

What soil as in brand are you using? Any nutrient will make a huge difference depending on the stage they're in and grower level, soil your in. How old are the plants?are you growing Indoor or outdoor?

My soil does not have any brand, doesn't have any name on it but it's 6 ph flower soil. I'm growing Indoor and they are 2 days old.

no name soil so yard dirt then. I don't usually feed for the first month but the soil I use ( roots organic and now switched to manna mix from vital earth) after that then I top dress with bat guano to take it Thur the stretch and start hitting them with my bloom nutes every other watering. I'm organic so I don't flush period. Also I use mammoth p every watering. I don't check the ph of my soil I focus only on the ph of my water/feed and that's always 6.4. A soil at 6 now will break down I'm sure since it's a no name brand no one will be able to tell you if it'll become acidic as time goes, I'm sure it will depending on what's in the stuff i.e. Peat moss and such. Watch you plants you might need to add some dolomite lime to it if it becomes too acidic. Just listen to the plants and good luck.
