I really wana try this fish thing, but this is only my 2nd grow. Anyone feel this could be done by a beginner? I just don't want to fuck up my plants halfway through by using the wrong fish or using too much or some ish.

yeah you can definitely do it. on my friends first grow he put dead fish, banana skins, and egg shells in the bottom of his pot, filled it with good soil, and ended up growing a great plant. in my opinion it's the best way to give your plants nutes.

Ok I'll probably try this then if it's not too much of a hassle.

Anyone have suggestions for fish? XD

Also, what kind of nutes does dead fish give off? I don't want to use them, then when I go to feed the organic nutes from the bottle, I OD the plant and it poops itself.

aw they do? what about a coon or something? animals that are recommended?
haha.... i was being sarcastic. your really gonna put a dead cat in your plot? thats gonna be a lot of rotting meat. but who knows maybe it would work if it was it the ground for a while before you planted.

the fish contains a lot of phosphorus, as all dead animals do. other than that, calcium, iron, nitrogen. pretty much all of the essential elements are gonna be found in a carcass of any sort.
