Yea, I think im straying away from soil next grow, COCO sounds a little more controllable.
Yeah. And you can still create a microbial layer. With an inert medium like CoCo you can make sure it's nothing but beneficial microbes. And you know exactly what goes into the media. Check into Canna nutes, they have a line designed especially for CoCo. The guy I talk to (everytime I get teh chance) @ teh hydro shop was just praising me on buying my Canna Aqua yesterday. He told me he uses the line with Boost and Bloombastic combo, he said he has rock hard donkey dick colas. I don't know what lights he was using or any other details lol, so I don't know if it's the nutes or the rest of his environment. I have noticed my girls like the bloombastic I just started boost today. I waited a week so I could get rid of the Liquid KoolBloom I had left over from previous grows.
My last rez change was (25Gal)
CannaAqua Flores A+B = 200ml/ea (1/4str)
Rhizotonic= 50ml

Liquid KoolBloom=13ml
BloomBastic=~40ml (about half a small 80ml bottle)

My Ph came out noice around 5.84
EC: 1.401
PPM: 700 (seems rather low to me. gonna watch this during the week. girls might need more newts)

....those were my readings when I changed the rez on Sunday night/ Monday morning.
Tonight before adding pH down. 6.8. with 5 gallons of water added. I adjusted to ~5.6 and threw in a bunch of frozen water bottles. I like my water temp to be around 65-75. Right now the Air is: 77.4F, 44% Humidity. There are lots of roots with hairs on them peeking out the bottom drain holes. I put down that cocomat to see if they crawl in there. With Air-Pruning they shouldn't, but I had it laying around anyways.
The seedlings are doing alright. Is there anyone out there with Tangerine Babies going? I think that is what I got these from and want to compare teh buds in the end. They are starting to grow some foliage now, I think I was overwatering them in the beginning. The clones I took from the flowering plants...the God's Gift died. That was a weak strain to begin with, or a fscking picky one. The Skywalker and Blue Dream clones seem to be doing fine. The POG is dying slowly I think, probably no roots. I think the Blue Dream and Skywalker were just meant for me.
Anything I left out?
