Edit: if you still believe that, then why throw more money at a problem when it's the parents fault?

1st paragraph is where we have the disconnect. If a law is designed to help blue people only it is because we think blue people need help that purple people don't. That's what makes it racist.

2nd paragraph is a big lol no!
I believe our laws should be color blind and equal to all humans. Throughout our short history our government made laws favoring whites over blacks, that was wrong then and wrong now. Nobody is arguing we don't have that ugly not too distant past. My stance is racially specific laws are dividing and harmful, they don't FIX shit.

Poor people, thru student loans, pay twice as much for education as those who could afford cash. That means the people who can least afford education pay the most. Lets remember, the African-Americans were not immigrants. Their ancestry consists of slave grandparents being kidnapped and sold via boats to the united states. African-Americans and Native-Americans are the only non-immigrant ethnicity in the USA. Also, Mayans/aztecs ( west coast).

I don't know what you have to buy over there, but add books, uniforms, etc it's insane.

The point is still that race specific laws are racist.

If I buy a car and pay cash I pay less than a guy that needs a loan.

Just to make sure facts are correct. It wasn't their grandparents. I don't know a soul that was a slave in the 1980's. It was probably a great-great-great grandparent and at some point you have to stop using them as an excuse for being racist to others.

Ok cool stories guys, here's my idea:

Im gonna start a basketball training programme exclusively for white basketball players. In fairness it's easy to see there's an achievement gap between whites and blacks at basketball.

I think if you really wanted to level the playing field we need to get rid of our drug laws. These laws may not be racist in their wording but have been undeniably racist in their execution. More daddies at home helping raise their kids instead of being locked up would be the best thing that happened in the poor urban areas.
