You cannot qualify war in harsher terms than I will. I highly doubt that many subordinates from private up to colonel would discharge orders to wage war on American citizens.
FEMA, Obama, and his appointed generals might order it, I could buy that, but the army wouldn't go.
I think that if Obama for one second thought he could install himself as 'president for life' he would have done so already.
