I have a headache from all of the sarcastic yelling, but seriously, your view is full of holes. All dictators disarm their victims, just like hitler did with the jews. That is why the right to bear arms is the second amendment right below freedom of speech. Your argument that guns are only effective in organized armies is non sense, its called guerrilla warfare and perseverance and it has happened all throughout history. To argue against this fact is non sense.

People whose reasoning leads them to think there is no way to defend ourselves against an oppressive government because they can use drones need to be thankful they have neighbors who would within minutes of the first drone strike would be figuring out how to acquire the means to blow one up.
Forget about the government attacking us part of the 2nd argument. The basic right protected by the 2nd is the right to defend ourselves. Limiting a persons ability to do so just because you think they only need x amount of bullets or z type of gun is against this basic right. The 2nd amendment actually protects my right to build my own drone if that's what I feel I need, it's not what you feel I need.

i think i'm gonna work on closing my stance a little more and swinging left. i was aimed too far open today and so when i did release the club it would go left, so i would compensate by holding it off and missing shots to the right at the times when i could least afford to do so.
i'll try it out tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

If the 2nd amendment specified our right to bear really sharp swords between the length of 28 and 35 inches, single shot long guns, knives under 6 inches and a guard dog you might have a valid point. It doesn't, you don't.

the SCOTUS has not struck down certain infringements on the right to bear arms. there is nothing inconsistent with the second amendment and certain restrictions.
