Ok..is bloodmeal, nitrogen rich bat guano 11-4-1, and Schultz Plant Food Plus 10-15-10 good enough to feed my plants during the vegging stage??I always hear all this lot about using fancy ol' nutrients and additives that cost like $30 for a bottle..just to veg!!

I mean think about it,vegging plants dont need as much care or nutrients as a plant in bloom...just a nitrogen rich nutrient source...with all the micro and macro nutrients right??!So I have what I think is a very simple and extremely cheap nutrient source for vegging plants...what ya guys think?

1.Bloodmeal: Very cheap and readily found in any Home Depot....12-0-0..high nitrogen count makes it rather hot,so use carefully or risk burning plants..I got a 2 liter soda bottle, washed it out good..and filled with tap water that sat for a couple days.I mixed the water with 3 tablespoons of bloodmeal, then left it out..the longer you leave the bottle to "sit",the more nitrogen will be in the end product.Shake the bottle very well every day!!

Now after a week or two, strain all the solids out of the bottle, and this will leave you with a yellowish water, with highly concentrated nitrogen..when you want to use, simply dilute with water in a seperate bottle, and use..never out of the original bottle!!This will burn your plants man!!

2.Bat Guano: Get this online for very cheap..it has a high nitrogen count, but is safer than bloodmeal..plus it has alot of micro nutrients in it..And its 100% organic.Mine has 11-4-1..and I just make into a tea..always concentrated so I can dilute with water accordingly...for example if its a young plant, dilute with alot of water in a seperate bottle..etc.

3.Shultz Plant Food Plus: A very cheap fertilizer that can be found in ANY walgreens...its only $2.99 for a super concemtrated mix..follow instructions on bottle to use..but make it stroger so you can dilute with water. It is 10-15-10,and has macro nutrients like zinc!

Remember the idea is to make super concentrated teas, and store them in soda bottles..then just dilute with tap water left sitting out.Any questions or comments..are these fertilziers good enough to veg cannabis plants as good as those expensive ones

Good job CRAZY---just remember you can get bat guano in phos form only as well(0-12-0)----The only ones that love home teas more than myself are my plants-------make sure to get some fungi/benific/enzymes in those teas when your brewing them-they will break down your nutes so your plants will be able to assimilate them a lot faster.

Man,all those expensive "budding additives" are nothing more than carbs which feed your plants and the micro life of the medium...A.N Carbo Load,Sucanat,etc..they are mostly the same thing, raw sugars and carbs!!
You wanna know whats the CHEAPEST carbo load out there??

Its called Grandmas Molases:Original...it comes in a yellow bottle, and is found in ANY grocery mart...mix 3 teaspoons in a gallon of water..and use in flowering mode...this will make your buds bigger, denser and the sugars makes the plant focus more on producing resin...and flavor terpines..makin' your buds SWEETER!!

SUCANAT is not expensive-it is one of the purest organic forms of sugar----they take the sugar cane---cold press it---then air-dehydrate it to turn it into granules--that's it!!!---pure and cheap!!!----I use it right up till the day of harvest with every watering and feed-----2tbs/gal--weeks1 to 4-----4tbs week 5 to harvest...adds weight/flavor/smell to your buds...:hump:

My flush is 10 days---I use the sucanat till the very end----my co2 stays at 1500 till I harvest----the day of harvest I pull all major fan leaves and set aside----after those are off I pinch and pull all leaf off bud(as close to bud as possible without disturbing glands) I save these leaved for making water hash--the plants should look like cat-tails now---I hang them to dry for 7 days---I use an adjustable humidifier and start at 70% then decrease the humidity 10% each day---Since you have removed all leaf matter the humidifier maintains the right amount of moisture in the buds---I start to keep a close eye on them by day five---I will pull if ready at any time now---The stems are then cut off and the buds are put into large glass jars---The jars are opened for a few minutes each day for about a week--then into the dark-closet for another three weeks---their ready now and will only get better over the next couple of months.

I knew you could grow, just ried to answer your previous post in detail-----best of grow-bro:hump:

can i use sucanut and molasses together or is it the same thing essentially,,u told me u use to to make it sweeter,,molasses doesnt do that,,how od u use it around harvest time, for the flush or after flush to bring in that sugar sweetness,,and if i use sucanut, can i use molasses also, will it shock them changing up sugars on them at the end ? lolthanx
