So does everyone who grows outdoors have a high fence? Does the fence need to block view if it’s not visible to the public anyway? Does every farm have to have a security camera system? Are they enforcing these rules?
Yes, fence has to be 8ft, and out of public view. This really means “out of city limits “.. the law states that you need “reasonable security”, but does not state that you need cameras, but almost everyone does of course. So does everyone who grows outdoors have a high fence? we make our own RSo and we tested once and our numbers jumped from 3%terp profile to a 112% and of course we retested and it was 4%. i hate to say it but there needs to be a regulating body that can place a testing standard and not be connected to the feds is my idea. a completely independent nationwide database where the rules and procedures are open and if you test dirty product you blacklisted and its sent to every dispensary possible. You're right... the testing is all over the map. I see labs claiming 28-31% THC, and even our own labs stating 5-6% terps. I just don't believe it. Matter of fact, Im going to retest what I have at another lab just to see how close they are with the numbers.
The biggest problem with SQ788 was allowing out of State ownership at 25%, and not having a cap on the number of growers, processors, and Dispensaries. We could have done it on our own. Now we have 25% investors from CO, WA, CA, all coming in and setting up shop to do a smash and grab, crash the market, and then move on to the next State that's about to come online.
So true!.. but, they can’t reverse that unfortunately.. the only thing on the table right now is capping growers to 5000. .. and even that is too many. Currently we have over 6700.we make our own RSo and we tested once and our numbers jumped from 3%terp profile to a 112% and of course we retested and it was 4%. i hate to say it but there needs to be a regulating body that can place a testing standard and not be connected to the feds is my idea. a completely independent nationwide database where the rules and procedures are open and if you test dirty product you blacklisted and its sent to every dispensary possible.
it should've been 10% maximum and the out of state interest should have to pay for their continued business here unless they plan on relocating. this isn't the market for people to snatch and grab but the rules are set up that way rn. If you do it all 100% okie then no problem but if you have that 25% outside stake? you should have to pay to participate in a market that doesn't belong to you especially since they plan on crashing our economy then leaving
they should instill a 5,000 cap and break that into 3 groups that are graded on testing. The guys that can pass stay , the guys struggling can be placed in pilot programs that would help them get safe and legal, but still with the option for OMMA to cancel whenever and the unsafe losers can go kick a chair from under themselves. But that's going to require a testing facility that can be trusted and id take a gander OMMA wont let us potheads run itSo true!.. but, they can’t reverse that unfortunately.. the only thing on the table right now is capping growers to 5000. .. and even that is too many. Well you could have had it like Missouri and put up a 10k non refundable application fee which wouldn't be evaluated fairly and then not be able to get your product to market for a couple of years due to red tape and the 'rona.we make our own RSo and we tested once and our numbers jumped from 3%terp profile to a 112% and of course we retested and it was 4%. i hate to say it but there needs to be a regulating body that can place a testing standard and not be connected to the feds is my idea. a completely independent nationwide database where the rules and procedures are open and if you test dirty product you blacklisted and its sent to every dispensary possible.

I will say Oklahoma did a good job in getting the program up and running. Bill passed in June of 2018, legal plant date was Sept. 17th. 2018. Annual fees are $2500, but there is talk of raising it to $10,000Well you could have had it like Missouri and put up a 10k non refundable application fee which wouldn't be evaluated fairly and then not be able to get your product to market for a couple of years due to red tape and the 'rona.
Reading that makes my blood boil for real. Lets all be honest no way in hell most people can come up with 10 grand cash, let alone as many times as it takes to get it right. It's a competition tax is what I like to call em, you have to prove you can "afford" to run with the big dogs but for many starting out with their dream becoming a reality a harsher one comes to mind. Nevermind the archaic "home cultivation" license you have to have to home grow? like what in the F$#@.Well you could have had it like Missouri and put up a 10k non refundable application fee which wouldn't be evaluated fairly and then not be able to get your product to market for a couple of years due to red tape and the 'rona.
We will be litigating the grading and issuance of licenses for years. I think the wholesale price here is 4-5k. But good luck if you aren't one of the few growers that are able to reach market.I will say Oklahoma did a good job in getting the program up and running. In our state the Veterans were to be the main beneficiary of the very reasonable tax imposed. So it ends up the only people that are currently being paid are, you guessed it, the attorneys.Reading that makes my blood boil for real. its obvious they gave y'all a market then stripped it bare so they could say the provided you with a service you now owe them for. Another reason why politicians and cannabis regulation will never mix well as they'll strip and raid these programs til they hardly exist on paper to prove to their base they are hard on crime and drugs while getting you vote cause they were "nice" enough to vote for it the first time.
Elevate Holistics got me in on a telehealth appointment same day, $75 for a renewal. They offer a bunch of complete shit services, real racket. But that MD signature is money, can't argue with that.
$15 to be told CBD ain't gonna work on its own and to get yourself some THC.

my dispo got me my card but im due here in june so i might need to get a move on it myself. have you quoted presto doctor yet? there's also the tulsa higher care clinic https://www.thehighercareclinic.com/Any of you guys had to renew your medical card yet? I'm expiring in two weeks so it's time for me to get a move on it.
I got taken for a ride by the doc who did my initial rec, and I'd rather just do telehealth this time. It's kinda some bullshit we gotta do this every 2 years anyway, not like my feet are gonna stop hurting.
I see places advertising for like $80-100 online for telehealth appointments. Is that just the going rate these days?
I wonder how much of that he was using productively. Was he not able to produce good product, or did the market price get too low to cover costs, or both? Maybe he was growing something else, and he wants to sell his facilities for top dollar by marketing to mmj growers?Another one selling out. ....View attachment 4842275
Hard to say, he could be in debt over his head, and can’t catch up with the current market, investors backed out?, more work than it’s worth?, ... I just keep seeing more and more of this lately.I wonder how much of that he was using productively.
