I know bellator has an event next thurs. 9/9, and the ufc is having a 'fight night' (22) on wed. 9/15. I post "breaking mma news" from other mma websites. (i scour the sites for the good stuff so you don't have to!) ya dude, I was soo bummed after the BJ fight I went into a little depression, LOL. but you right dude, every great fighter hits a wall sometimes. and I'm a Cain fan all the way. but Brock is legit, no doubt. but gotta go with the brown!!! hahahaha!

Alright doc...I'm gonna keep it real w/ ya, i hope brock ends this fight quick and fast because I am kinda worried about his chin and Velazquez' hands. I mean idk, he did withstand the hardest punches Carwin could throw (Carwin admitted in an interview afterward that many of the punches he hit brock w/ had k.o.'d other opponents), but I feel Brock was VERY close to being ko'd or the ref calling it at the very least. BUT: Valazquez is nowhere near the size of Carwin, so if he doesn't k.o. brock standing, then Brock will man-handle him on the ground (imo) ala Frank Mir.

Come one, Come All! Right now we're talking about UFC Fight Night 22 Featuring Marquardt v Palhares. Palhares was the one (for those that remember) that held onto a submission for like a minute and a half after the ref told him to let it go. Hope he gets that ass whooped!

Thought I'd give out the invite once again. Gaining quite a few members now (76)! UFC 123 is coming up this weekend, w/ a light heavyweight showdown of 2 former champs in Lyoto "The Dragon" Machida v Quinton "Rampage" Jackson. Also on the card will be the 'rubber match' between another couple of former champs in Matt 'I don't need nickname' Hughes v B.J. 'The Prodigy' Penn.
Machida and Jackson are both coming off losses, while Hughes is on a a 3 fight win streak and Penn has lost 2 in a row. Penn, however, is the betting favorite @
