Orange wormlike bug

I spotted the little worm looking bug on my leaf can anyone help me identify its the orange slice on the vein of the leaf I got a couple pics

I’m calling thrips. That’s where they like to hide when you try and examine what they are. Do you have little shit heads flying near your lights as well? I would get on that quick. The leaf damage and that little fucker hiding in that vein makes me believe it’s them. A closer picture would help. But I’d be willing to bet it’s thrips
 
I thought thrips had wings?,the only thing ive been seeing is a red bug flying around but I killed it,how do you get rid of thrips?
 
There are three cycles of thrips. In the soil, the little wormy bastards that crawl on your leafs. And the flyers which go up and down from the canopy to the light. Neem oil, insecticidal soaps, predatory thrips. It depends on how far youre in with your grow. How bad they are, and what kind of funds you have to get rid of them
