All I use are dyson bladeless tower fans in my rooms. Takes up very little space an no blades to suck leaves up.

I modified a wall mounted fan to the ceiling, It works awesome. You just need a wood or other frame to attach it. It will cover the whole 8x4. Google 16" wall mounted fan. Not only does it move some air without raping the plants its also one of the least noisy fans I have run.
The other thing I used to do was have a tower fan suspended horizontally on bungies, losing less floor space.
Then there are clip on fans, but you want good ones and multiple of them.
Then there are air movers which are 4"-6" and cheap, move a nice amount of air without been rapey, you can position them under the canopy pointing straight up or whatever you like.

Always wanted to go down the dyson route but was too tight fisted! Are they as quiet as they claim?

Yah they’re pretty quiet and push a lot of air even at low settings. There isn’t a traditional low med high on those fans it’s more fluid which I like since I can dial in the air movement just right.

I’ve really liked mine. They’ve been up and running for 6 yrs or so with no issue.
