i got about 6 or 7 left, i already carved off the layer over the seed. i planted two in peat pellets, theyre under a desk lamp for heat. ive heard that freezing thing too, may try it if i dont have any success germing them.

just put my NLxBB in the ground :) dug a hole and ended up striking water which is good the roots will dig and wich up that water. i was going to use some soil to ammend the native dirt with but the dirt was so black and full of worms i figured it was good enough, we will see what happens, probally the only one im putting in the ground this year rest will stay containered.

I can't wait to get a good outdoor grow going! it's going to have to wait till next year though :( Unless I can plant in july...

sure you can plant in july, if you can start them inside before hand that would be great too. just make sure if you start in july you start the seedlings inside, then once they outgrow the solo cups or whatever it is you start them in put them into a nice 10 gal pot so they can grow like crazy for that 6 weeks (assuming you put them out begining of july) usually flowering starts mid august/begin september so 2 month veg is still going to give you a good sized plant.

sweet, i love in ground grows, yields always amaze me. and i always find them getting too tall if i plant them now, if i come home from summer break i might stumble upon a 5 ft weed plant in my back yard hahaha.

I know that with most fruit seed Ie strawberry-fruit seeds- You need them in the fridge or freezer for atleast 2 weeks so that is what im doing with my seed collection....

ive heard lots about that, just storing them in a jar for now. if the freezing helps germ rate, let me know. i think it makes sense though sort of since it mimics a winter.

Dinafem Cheese, was a freebie.

blue cheese is going good, right now week 5 of flower. the frisian dew is about to get the cold water treatment tonight or i may just put it outside for the night see if i can get the purple pheno to push through.

first 3 are the blue cheese last 2 are the frisian dew. the frisian dew is on like week 8 now so she is probally just about ready, wishing it would pack on some more weight but not getting my hopes up.

nice, ive heard mostly good things about dinafem, was gonna try hash plant last year but idk what happened to the seeds i ordered. they look fat, cant believe its just 5 weeks too they're gonna look killer by harvest. the frisian does seem to have a fat bud structure, looks nice and dense. may have to look into that strain as well.
and as long as it gets below 68 degrees (i think thats the temp that most plants produce resin at) you should see some change in color and resin. if it gets cold enough, you should expect some purple, blue, red or whatever color the resin it puts out to be a little bit visible, more days of cold should help as well.

yeah that frisian dew is hard as a rock lol, i just watered them with a big dose of bloom nutes to see if i can get the buds to swell a bit more. will flush with ice water this weekend probally and harvest the dew a week from then. seems a bit sativa dom so im thinking its more of a 10 week strain. the dam blue cheese looks ready to go now, except for the size factor, the smallest bud is about the size of a golf ball but i know i can get it to fatten up a bit more.

she sure looks like it, that top nug looks bigger than my fist lol
the last week is when i usually see the most significant swelling. hold off on that ice flush too, if your gonna do it i heard you should only do it in the last 2 days, the coldness of the water can stress the roots, supposedly can cause lockout too. that is extra stress though, could push her to grow a little. i would let the blue cheese run a little longer too, i can usually tell they're getting close to finish when the plant starts to use the fan leaves as a food source, this is why they yellow a bit. should start at the lower leaves though, just look out for it. does she have lots of amber hairs?

the blue cheese is only week 5 still has a few more weeks left, wasnt even thinking of chopping it yet. the frisian dew is about 50/50 red/white pistols now so it has another 2 weeks easy to go. im anxious my blueberry gum is almost to week 2 of flower and in about a week the buds will be formed enough to see what the final product is going to look like.

if you did thatd be a huge waste, shes got lots of potential, she looks super healthy as well. and nice, shes pretty far along and in another two weeks she should swell a ton, its amazing shes already that fat already. id love to see that blueberry gum too, this plant has made me really eager to chase down as many blueberry strains i can, the smoke is unbeatable.
