yeah, once the days get too long i might clip all but one of the buds, let her reveg so i can hopefully get some more clones off her. might be converting my clone box to a flower box, but only have 6700K spectrum bulbs, one hortilux compact cfl and a few fluorescents, but i dont mind growing some really frosty nugs for the loss of weight, all my weed is personal either way. maybe ill step my way up to a hps and/or mh during the winter though, might try getting a bigger box as well, or ill have to train the fuck out of two plants in 3 gals in this box.

i am flowering with a MH and a 105w 2700k CFL, seems to be doing me justice. my frisian dew is getting monster and it still has like 4 weeks left.

i dont think my blue cheese is going to bulk up but i think thats more or less genetics than enviorment. they are just going to be some medium sized killer buds.

the frisian dew did look pretty fat last time i saw her. i think i saw a pretty good pheno of blue cheese on a journal, sometimes they'll swell up in the last 3 weeks, sometimes when i dont check for a day or two it seems like they doubled over night.
maybe ill throw in a few 2700K 40w cfls in this box at the corners, just to widen the spectrum a little. i was thinking a 4 bulb t5 lamp would be good, and just mount it to the top of my box. may just train the hell out of 1 plant instead, may just veg/train her to grow along the walls. the problem is this box is only about a foot and a half, it could take some careful training and i may need an alternative to my potting situation, may just use a tray so i dont lose all that room with a tall pot.

why dont you just take a couple clippings and once they root get them outside for a reveg, and flower out the rest of the plant in your box, 2 cuttings now vegged all summer in some nice big pots will give you some monsters

i have a cutting in my box now, might let her harden off today or tomorrow actually, i lost 3 other cuttings to some heat damage.
and revegging this girl aint worth it, she's got trichs already so i may harvest all but that lower branch so i can put her under 24/0 and reveg her for the summer. i also saw some seed casing where i let the male pollinate the top pre flower, hopefully if i leave a bit on the top bud those seeds will come out viable. i think ill make the revegged plant my mother plant.

some more progression in the swelling, i saw the top bud and lower buds gained some mass. it has some very wierd bud formations, one of the lower buds looked like two colas were fused together, one side almost made it look a little flat as well. it has gotten a deeper purple smell, and the smell of blueberries seemed to become sweeter smelling.'

my sig wouldnt lie! glad to see another person subbed. will have more pics tonight, i noticed a bud on the lower branch had a more reddish hue of purple, it really stood out in the light today. its getting cold tonight, but idk if she could get any more colorful!

Leaves might turn lol. IMO purple stuff looks kinda shwaggy when you look @ it. But it's hella cool.

tied her top bud down a bit more so i could really see how the buds are developing. i removed the flowers on the node below the top node as soon as i saw the flowers start, i do this sometimes to prevent the top node from becoming too dense thus becoming more prone to mold damage without it being noticed as fast. ive seen calyxs come back looking bigger, this time it looked a little bit frostier(picture below), unfortunately a shitty iphone camera cannot capture trichs very well due to its lack of a macro setting, ill get my other shit camera back soon hopefully.

had a heavy rain, but those leaves are still perked up. gave her a little bit of hydroplex and of course superthrive, my secret weapon.

ah, this bud. i noticed it today, its on the second highest node but the purple seems to be a little more reddish/pink colored. take a close look, if its not too visible in this one ill try to get out earlier in the day tomorrow and take some pictures.

i know what you means but it all depends, most purple is due to cold temps but this ones just naturally purple, some of its dank and some of its shit. color of bud doesnt relates to potency, but many novice smokers/growers believe this myth as well. ive grown some pretty nice looking purple, and ive bought some shwaggy ass purple. huge difference, even under a trich microscope i could see a vivid difference. i just need a better camera as well, if you saw these up front youd think ive been throwing sugar on em.

they're looking beautiful man, if you see a deficiency look up the deficiency chart of cannabis on google, its saved me a couple times. i got fulvex from bontaicare, it has a lotta good minerals and stuff so i havent really seen any deficiencies, some caterpillar attacks but thats about it. its helps to have rich compost and super thrive, its the shit. its one of the main reasons why my girls always perked up, as well as her aeration from the holes i poked in the soil, i started filling them with perlite recently and watering with some hydroplex(its just P and K) into the perlite caves i guess you could call them. seems to work well, she gets a good water from all the rain but she dries up in a few days. and i mix it into my rainwater which also has some of my compost in it as well as some zho i add a few hours before watering.
