soil/coco mix in 3x3x3" cubes, watered til it dripped in the tray after first putting seed in soil to germinate/sprout, will they be ok? is it ok to use 6.5 ph water once more since the first overwatering was 8.0ph?

Why did you water with 8.0ph?
I do believe that you are overcomplicating it, keep it simple, water when almost dry, get to feel the weight of your cups.

You don't want them sopping wet, think moist like a wrung out sponge-they need oxygen. Keep them warm (80 deg), under a mild light, and uncovered and they should be fine.
