ive got my in the dirt allready just waitin for june now i dont like plantin be4 then frost will kill you ive seen it frost in may be4 i wont take that chance

Hey all NEPA, here too, and Google Maps is your friend for outdoor grows. Scout aeriel and look at terrain, then go see it in person. I have never done outdoor before, but I am gonna take a few clones and pop em out in the woods and see how they do with no supervision. I figure if I make a dense enough patch, 10 by 10 mabye, in a remote enough area, that at least some will survive the critters.
Rockwool cubes to start em in and a plastic lined cardboard box in a bookbag, some water, and some potting soil to amend the dirt with.

Last year my only survivors were Himalayan Gold and Big Bang from GHS. Late in the season got hit with a bad termite infestation which forced me to take down the HG weeks ahead of time. Little fuckers chewed right through the stem. I used Azamax organicide throughout the plants life, worked great for everything except the termites. But got some good advice on termiticide from a helpful hand on here so next year will be better. This summer i'd like to 3 things different: more plants, put outside earlier (alot of work carrying 1 ft plants into the mountains), and putting them out earlier. I definately want everything outside before June. Also looking into some irrigation this year.
Big bang yields well with a TON of side branching, really had no need to be topped. The buds smell just like green apples, it really is very pleasent. Nice purple hues in October but mostly on the leaves not really on the flowers. Great resistance to pests. Very robust plant. Much more of a bed time high. Great to relax with.
HG would have yielded even better if it had finished without interruption. The pheno I had didnt have much branching which was the only disappointment since i have seen this plant grow with up to 5 branches all vying to be the top. Tall plant but besides that fact was completely Indica dominant. A very kushy smell and taste which was to be expected since it's genetics aren't too far off from the hindu kush. Breeders have it spot on with a very introspective high but also very social and not debilitating at all.

hey PA guys, where is the best place to buy potting soil in bulk and cheap? I usually just use it for starting the plants, but this year i wanna dig big holes and fill with potting soil, any thought's will help thanks.

What part of the state are you in? Depending I could recommend you to my hydro store. Good staff and has just about everything you could want, or can order it for sure. PM me if you'd like.

i use Amazon, local walmart or there's a hydro store in A Town but i hate the drive

OMG yes! Its ridiculous. It's a total infestation of those things for the past couple years. Apparently they were first spotted in Allentown, Pennsylvania and came over on shipping boats from China and Taiwan. They're starting to take over!



"The brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), an insect not previously seen on our continent, was apparently accidentally introduced into eastern Pennsylvania. It was first collected in September of 1998 in Allentown, but probably arrived several years earlier.

Since then, it is also recorded from many other states such as:This true bug in the insect family Pentatomidae is known as an agricultural pest in its native range of China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan."

where do i get one of those pre paid cards at ? ive never seen them

i got mine at giftcardlab.com i had a bitch of a time finding a prepaid visa you can use overseas LOL

They have them at nearly every grocery store and a lot of other places like drug stores, or walmart.

see my proble,s with the ones you by at grocery stores and wal-mart are almost always USA only! it really is hard to find a card that is prepaid leaves no traces and can use overseas, STAY away from them greendots ones tho there worldwide but you have to enter your SSN in at time of activation... the best i found are the prepaid visa debitcards on cardlabs. have to wait a few days for them to print it up and send it to you, but only have to enter your name and addy.... samething you would be giving a reputable seed company anyway.

Should have figured...It was almost 70 degrees last week.

This is a little extreme circumstance, but it's a great example why we shouldn't put our plant out until the 2nd week of May. Don't let the warm late April weather fool you, it can turn just as fast.

Only got a few inches here i think 4" not bad i'm laid off anyway not like i need to go anywhere lol.
