i got a foot where i live
PA represent! South-East PA here. This will be my 2nd season outdoors. 1 of my 4 plants last year got found (because it was still growing into November) and it was near my others ,so now I am gonna have to find a new spot or at least deeper in the woods.
Not sure what strains to go with yet. Definitely something that finishes by September or early October. Last time I started to get some mold by October, so mold resistant strains like the (Pineapple Chunk) also look appealing. Here are some of the strains I am thinking about and the prices for feminized 5 packs:
Barney's Farms - Vanilla Kush (♀) [$54.69]
Barney's Farms - Pineapple Chunk (♀) [$51.47]
G13 Labs - Blueberry Gum (♀) [$48.25]
Nirvana - Ice (♀) [$40.21]
Green House Seed Co - Train Wreck (♀) [$40.21]
Green House Seed Co - The Church (♀) [$27.34]
Unless I do "Pick & Mix" then I will probably just get 2 different strains of packs of 5 feminized seeds. I'm leaning towards Barney's Farms Vanilla Kush or Pineapple Chunk and then something with a Bubblegum or Blueberry taste/smell. Let me know if any of you have any recommendations or have grown these strains before!
Hey I live in south east PA, I was wondering what kind of yields outdoor guys get on everage per a plant.
well... just ordered G13 Labs Blueberry Gum, Midnight Kush, and Delisious Seeds Northern Light Blue to add to my summer grow strains. I already have 5 pineapple chunk seeds and a few other fem freebies. probably going to make one more order and get some kannibia BCN Diesel and maybe a cheese strain. I really want a cheese strain. I came a click or 2 away from ordering Royal Dutch Genetics Love Cheese!
Do you have experience with Kannabia BCN Diesel? I have a freebie from last year and was thinking about trying it, but haven't seen too much info about it or Kannabia in general.
no i don't... but i look at it this way... if they are a little newwer than some breeders, then maybe we dont hear more about them because people aren't buying them... and maybe people aren't buying them because they don't hear much about them. I also got the freebie from attitude last year and I am saving it for my summer grow. I read up on this strain and it sounds like it is good, strong, a little different that most of the other strains i am growing, and its mould resistant. Since I haven't grown much, its all new to me so I guess its a gamble.
There is no way a plant that is "mostly sativa" finishes in 8-9 weeks and finishes outdoors in september.
If you can get some good texada timewarp it fits that... the problem is getting them... the attitude had them up until i went to order
I got the texada timewarp from next gen, im gonna try it this year. it sounds like a good outdoor early flowering strain, with a lemon/piney taste. i think im gonna keep a male from them and cross with other strains.I keep hearing about this strain. It's from Next Generation seeds right? I think I looked into it a little while back. The problem is right now I don't have the room to pre-sex plants and take clones, so I'm limited to strains that come feminized and starting from seed, which kind of sucks, but gotta make due.
Sounds good. How bout you bring some of that to Berks! If i had the space indoors I would but outside's where its at bud.
