PC CFL Grow OG Kush & Pineapple Express

Harvest Day

Due to my vacation coming up I had to make the choice to flush them over the last 3 days and chop them this afternoon. About 48 hrs in the dark they where before I cut them down.

I don't have anything to weight them but between the two plants I got a decent amount of smoke. Oh well I will weigh it all when its done drying . (never figured out why people post the wet weight anyway lol)

Next time I will let them go a little longer. Link to that grow will be posted after the Holidays!!!!

Shame you had to cut them early It's like when a rising star gets addicted to heroin and has to give up the life to soon, even though he knows he could have been great, he also knows if he's in that life he'll have to do lots of heroin lol.

Anyway, nice harvest, good trimming An art my dealers grower could do with a lesson in.

You know I said the same thing. What could have been ?

The next grow is going the distance for sure. These will get dried out and into curing jars as fast as possible. This was my first time trimming hopefully I will get better with time.

I just read through the entire thread. That is an amazing first grow, it turned out so much better then mine did. Lol one died from getting cooked by a space heater and the other didn't get enough light because I wasn't concerned with it thinking my favorite (the one that got cooked) would be a girl and the other a boy. As far as the trimming goes, is it even possible to get any better then that? Seriously those buds should be in a marijuana playboy magazine.

lol no more like 95 watts in the case and the last few weeks have been under a 250w HPS bulb

Im starting a PC grow in the next couple of days - i just need to pick up the rest of my supplies. I got some nice seedlings from the seed bank a few days ago - Atomic Haze and Blue Satellite.

Hopefully it all works out.

At best this was enough weed to last me maybe 4 weeks of heavy smoking? But i dont smoke every day so this amount will last me a while. On the other hand you are correct. Trying to grow in such a small place was very difficult it got to the point where I HAD to invest in a larger setup or else the yield wasn't going to equal a bong rips worth of smoke.

Hey thanks for posting this. I'm trying to do a stealthy PC grow at the moment and your posts have been a great help. I'm currently on day 21 and was going to wait another 7 before flowering, but having seen yours I'm going straight to 12/12 tonight! One question, did you continue to use any veg nutes or did you swap completely? I've already had nute burn and lost some leaves so very nervous about using them now.

Since I was using one part nutes I would mix the Veg nutes at half strength then mix in the bloom nutes at half strength as well for a week or so. Around week 5 or 6 of flower I used a nice PK nute to spike up the flowering a bit. Nute burn happens it takes a while to find the right mixture for your plants. Don't assume that one mixture will work for every strain. The pineapple loved the nutes, I couldn't get it to stop eating or drinking enough. The OG hated nutes and water. Going through my logs I found that overall it was taking a liking to my half strength concoctions. Anyway your best bet is to try a few things out and see what works best for you and your crop if you fail oh well learning experience; its not like there isn't an abundance of seeds....

Oh you have no idea how well this current one is going. I have found my calling. Im going to try an outdoor grow after i get this next tent grow done.

This is not official.

I would like to point out how awesome this grow turned out and I dont considered a grow done until all harvest is consumed and with that in mind this is why you are reading; I have indeed smoked all my crop.


Well lets start with the OG Kush. This particular pheno was very lemony with a sick body high. Again im kicking my self in the ass right now because I didnt cone these babies like my friend suggested. Now I have my self saying what else is out there. Yea the strain hunter complex just diggs right in when you don't clone to find a keeper.Anyway I found that this cured some hunger pains for me as well as a good strain to toke before i study hard. Kept me focused and happy. Overall uplifting. The look wasn't anything to brag about but the smell was stupid crazy....

Out right take this into account. The OG was stretchy little bitch but she yielded amazing smoke. Full of flavor. But the pineapple express...

Ok the Pineapple Express was very Indica dominant. and probably the best looking smoke ive ever seen with a smell to match. Bag appeal should be the AKA of this strain as it was covered in crystals. Smoke was super smooth, exhale was sweet, and the buzz was instant. It was one of those "you smoke it go do something and relize you are completely stoned and didnt really go anywhere but just thought out the entire process first before moving only not moving" (lol)...... Thats what i wrote on notebook paper after and while smoking it to give a better review.

So would I grow these two again...... Yes. Half way reading this you should have figured that out.

Sorry if this was comical and non informative. I just wanted everyone to know that you CAN grow your own weed.

Please give an estimate of what a tent system like the one you put together costs. If the question is not indiscreet.
Great job on the grow. How much dry bud do you think you wound up with?
