The thing is there’s a couple torn leaves like that , unless I managed to tear all of them without noticing , seem to have tiny holes also

Look closely at the leaves, at those tiny holes, they are showing the beginnings of some serious damage to the inter-venial tissue. If the problem in the root zone is not corrected this will get progressively worse. Make sure you aren't over watering. Confirm the root zone pH is within parameters. Ensure there is adequate feed of nutrients, calcium included.
