PH Levels?

OK great, the ideal pH for soil is 6.5. Whatever - my plants don´t know that. And the fact that I get good yields without a pH meter somehow makes me INSANE?? Me and my old grandad - he got brilliant tomatoes and never knew what pH was.

I think there is only one person insane around here.
Everyone here a bit over emotional..spanish is right from his point of view..but he is lucky. Here's another point of view.
My water 7.5 out of the tap. I used nutes 1/2 strength and my plants burned..didn't look real green and stunted.
So I read forums and bBought crappy PH pen on ebay for 20 bucks. It fluctuated since day one after calib. Told me to add down when I really needed up. I decided to go get my pool PH test kit..after nutes i need 1 tsp gallon of PH up. now plants green and cranking. don't be fooled by a single POV, life has many variables...PH matters for sure highly dependent on starting PH of course.
