He hasn't done it yet. but just said he would.

He admitted to not reading the thread at all. just saw pictures of the bottle's label and the title as the product name and that was that advertising. but it's clearly stated in the thread that I am not trying to push or sell the product. I was just doing a test to see if it works or not. plain and simple, the right call was made in the end and I will get all the info back and you can all continue to follow it till the end.

Not much to report. Addbacks today @ 56.35ml FNB - 50ml CaMg+, and 25ml Sweet Raw into the res, went to pH and nailed it. 5.8 on the money. Did a little more training. Purple Fire is a squirmy little broad. She's thrown her training ties 3 times this week. I'll have to keep a closer eye on her. Everybody in the veg cab is happy, and fed. Time to kick off the work-boots, toss on my slippers, and order some pizza. What do you guys like? Anything but pineapple. Pinworm cares not for pineapple.

Addback Calculator Example:
If you're running the 0-8-16 formula, at 0.7 conversion with a 20 gallon res. When you pour a fresh res, your ppm will be around 1250.

A week has gone by, and some of the water has been taken up by the plants, some has evaporated, and now your res is at 947 ppm. You need to get your ppm from 947 to 1250. Here is the equation:

((target - current) / target) * 8 ml per gallon * res gallons = Flora Micro (ml) either double this figure to get Flora Bloom (ml) or use 0-8-0 of Flora Nova Bloom.

Example:
((1250 - 947 ) / 1250) * 8 * 20
(303 / 11250) * 8 * 20
0.24 * 8 * 20 = 38.4 ml Flora Micro

38.4 ml Flora Micro, double that and you get 76.8ml Flora Bloom. So 38.4 ml Flora Micro and 76.8 ml Flora Bloom to add back to your 20 gallon res to get you from 947 to 1250. Flora Nova Bloom, has the same properties as FB & FM combined, so, you just drop the FB part of the calculation (Instead of 0-8-16 you use 0-8-0) and add just 8ml pG of the FNB.

Calculated EC/TDS levels:
EC microsiemen:
0-4-8: 946 µS
0-5-10: 1184 µS
0-8-16: 1894 µS

TDS @ 0.5 conversion:
0-4-8 = 473 ppm
0-5-10 = 592 ppm
0-8-16 = 947 ppm

TDS @ 0.7 conversion:
0-4-8 = 663 ppm
0-5-10 = 829 ppm
0-8-16 = 1326 ppm

Nice looking roots. If it's made properly I like sausage, roasted peppers, onions, garlic, pepperoni and extra cheese. You can all but feel your arteries clogging.

Wow. That's in DePasquale Square. Never thought I'd see the day that they became famous. lol they have some ridiculous prices. as do most in that area.

Yeah DePasquale Square is where they ended up moving to. They dropped the college scene for the "Federal Hill" scene lol.. They are up near Atwell's Ave now.(RI's Little Italy).....

Thayer has a lot of new places opened and opening. Marketing to a younger generation. Cheaper places to eat so College kids don't run out of money all the time. lol

I used to skateboard through the tunnels there at Brown U's book store. lol

Ok, I know the area they're in now. Lot's of nice places to eat there. Man that opened a flood of memories.
Any of you RI guys ever had a strain called Wa or the Wa? I had some once when I was at Brown and it was the best pot I had up there which is some pretty high praise. Sadly looking it up just gets google telling em about Washington state.

I'm also a traditionalist when it comes to pie.

Thanks, boss. 32% H2o2 works great for keeping them bright white, and slime free. Along with the entire setup. I'll usually add about 2ml pG about every 3 days. The effects dissapate fairly quickly, but do a fantastic job. The stuff is crazy corrosive, though. I burnt my finger the other day something awful. Have to handle with care. If you can't find 32%, a super small amount of Hypochlorite (Pool-shock) will work (1/4 tsp per 20 gallons). And, also, believe it or not, Clorox will do the job, too (about 1/2 tsp per 20 gallons). Commercial greenhouses use these methods with great results. Most plants can handle small amounts of chlorine with no ill effects at all. However, some strains are more sensitive to it than others. I would definately suggest Hydrogen Peroxide if at all possible. The others can get the job done (and I would use them in a pinch), but the key to a healthy res is - cool temps, and a clear nutrient solution (Cloudy? You're doing something wrong). At the moment I prefer my H202. I've found anything chlorinated leaves some buildup in the res, and is sort of tough to clean up.
