nah man i havent been a quick minuit and good news almost all of the beans have popped i am about to go start planting them gotta check the ph of the dwc before i put ny in there but its bout to happen tonight.

Nice setup man.I got that same rainforest.I tried growing 6 plants in it but it didnt work out to good some were bigger so i had to move some into soil.I left 3 in the machine.It works good but imo it gets crowded unless you do some trimming and go for main colas.

hahaha thanks man what can i say im a country boy livin in tha hood lol, and thanks for the input on the rainforest my only worrie is going to be rez changes and adding to it its got the drain at the bottom but i forsee problems with that in the future. ialmost all of my seeds have already cracked i have soil in pots and those will be put in later today skunk 1 diesil white widdow bluemerry hasent yet and as for the 6 im putting in the rainforest im going to let the taps get a little bit longer maby a day and i checked the ph and it was 7.8 wich is too high for me but i understand i never flushed my hydroton just let it run through the system or for that matter did i ever add ny thing to the tap water but i have ph up and down so tomorrow or the next day ill change the rez and adjust it to how i like. i wont be running ny nutes on the dwc until the second set of true leaves appear then only at a quater strength to see how they respond on the soil well its gonna be full force from first set of true leaves. im gettin some teeth pulled in a few hrs so im gonna trie and crazh ill have another vid up tomorrow

ive got a question for you how did you run your pump 24/7 or did you put it on a timer and what line of nutes did you run, sorry for all the questions ive dabbled in hydro before but im a soil guy lol, how often did you check your ph nd such drain and replinsh so forth. almost all of my seeds have cracked i may not have 100% ger ratio but damn close the only one im worried about that hasent cracked is the bluemery. ive been fuckin with the ph and i drained the rez added fresh water to get rid of all the drainiige from the hydrotron and now i have it at 7.2 id like it lower but like i said im new at this

I kept it on with the lights but ran for 15-30 minutes lights off after it been off for a while but only in 12/12.You could add a air pump for the roots when they are submerged in the water to help out.
I used the gh flora 3 pack that worked just fine.

hahahaha and yea man i already have a air hose in there wich ill run all the time. here is a video of some seeds i planted today i just went and looked and the bluemery has cracked ill give it a day or two and get it planted ive only got one seed left to crack and ill have 100% germination rate with this batch now lets hope they all turn out females well here is the video [youtube]sdf81kLlTAE[/youtube]

say when you started your seeds did you put them getminated into the hydroton or did you use rockwool ive been debating on what to do as far as that goes and it looks like im going to be doing it within the next day or two, also did you run your lights on 18/6? thats what im plannin and ill run the pump when lights r on but keep the airpump going all the time. I have decided i may just do 4 but i may still go with 6 its just gonna be a hassell changing water and adding trying to find a place to sit the lid i will be training them th for 2 main colas for each plant and pruning them to keep them as desired but not to the extent as to stunt growth at all.

As soon as they germed i put them in rockwool then in the at the bottom of the coco fiber cups let it grow a bit then put the hydroton to keep it balanced up.As for the air pump you only need it when the roots are in the water.
Also get a empty rubbermaid bin or 5 gallon bucket to keep it on top of while you change and wash out the res.

I would go with the rockwool I never did it with just hydroton.

alright heres the deal i have everything planted excpt one sour creame and the cole train everything else cracked and is in soil or the waterfarm, the temps in the tent r a little high becuse i took the can fan out but it was to loud and i can leave the door open but its at 84 and humyidity was at 56 in there so shit will still grow i went ahead and used rockwool i dont have the waterfarm opn a timer yet because the only one i have left is a digital and i lost the directions for it so i dont know how to set it so ill jus do it manually till friday i guess everyone cross your fingers we see some seedlings tomorrow or the next day im ready to get growing
