what i mean is i only have a foot of room left to move the light up before i run out of room and i know they are probally going to get taller then that...
I had the same problem on my last grow. The only choice I had was to tie them down the best I could, and then super crop a couple branches every few days. Your taking a chance of stressing the shit out of them and getting hermies, so don't super crop to much at one time. I did it up to seven weeks into flower, and still got away with no hermies.

Super cropping is when you pinch a branch between two fingers and bend it over without breaking it. It will heal itself in a few days, and usuelly you end up with a new bud site at the pinch. but doing this during the flowering cycle, you do run a risk of getting a hermi. It may be your only option, just don't over do it.
Hey Neighbor, You can also tie them over, just slight amount of pressure on the line. I use binder clips and the rolls of Twist Tie. Looks sometimes inside my tent like a spider web from hell.my plants are getting to tall for my room ......
