Plastic Rivets?

Hey guys, my next grow room will be a rubbermaid outdoor shed and I am looking for ways to attach everything from velcro to neoprene sheeting to the walls. I was thinking plastic rivets, perminent, cheap and strong.

ANYWAY, I found a great site for it a month ago but my bookmarks were erased (firefox updates, oi vey), anyone know where to find a good selection of these?

The rubbermaid plastic is coated with UV protectants, making adhesives completely ineffective. To remove the coating would take hours of work and some nasty solvents. So this is kinda my only option. Thanks guys!

Autoparts/autobody store. Used to hold on door panels and such.

HDPE is about the only plastic that can't be glued.

Gluing dissimular plastics can be a bear too.

There are (I have one) a plastic welder. Almost a soldering iron, but with an air supply. I haven't used it yet.

Thanks Arrid, that was the site I had trouble finding again... my browser, router, internet and ISP are so locked down for security that sometimes google doesn't't even work right. THANKS AGAIN!
