Platinum led's

Hay guys . I'm using the Advanced Platinum Series P600 600w 12-band LED Grow Light - DUAL VEG/FLOWER FULL SPECTRUM. Great light / coverage , it's just great all round . The only problem is the power of it. Does anybody know if and where I could get a dimmer cable / switch that obviously dims it down somewhat. Thanks in advance.

If your going to spend that kind of money at least do yourself a favor and look at the hlg 600h much much better light. The platinum isn’t worth that at all.

Yes .... look into ANOTHER main light like HLG or COBS ....

Keep the damn thing for starts or something.

QBs, COBs, and strips are pretty much the direction LED and the rest of the cultivation niche is going. Classic panel LEDs are pretty much obsolete, and QBs, COBs, and strips compete with HID pretty well.

Another interesting choice ...... is quite affordable. Their is some very good grows using the lamp system I will speak of.

Induction Lamp ....
hydro farm sells a 400watt system ...
it puts 3000’k spectrum ( same as most led systems ) so it will veg also.
They have high color index compared to other lights ...
Long life before change outs . Instant on panel , no warm up.
Holds up to 90% output after 70,000 hrs use ..... see if HID can do that .
No flicker light.
Uses magnetic induction to fire INSTEAD of electrical connection.
Lower heat output than HID .


If i had the space that I once did , I would have jumped a few myself.

They are not some fad light but a legit light system .

Hang and fire ... .....

That light is shit it belongs in the garbage I would guess you can't dim it those usually use cheap drivers. If you can diy take that thing apart an get new diodes

Yes that's a great light it will output like 9x the light of that platinum. If you just want to match the platinum 1 quantum board would do it
