Please help i need to know to to flush my body for a drugs test for weed , please all and and info will be much appreciated.

There's tons of theories on the net but about how to clean your system fast. IMO just stop with enough time to know your clean.

1 gallon of pickle juice with one hour in a Sauna then drink a gallon of water followed with another hour in a suanathen another gallon of water with an hour in a suana, then another gallon of water and an hour in the suana. This works as long as you dont have a lot of excess body fat and try to do it as close to the time of the test as possible.

This has worked for me:
Drink lots and lots of water prior to test. Take a large dose of B vitamins that morning (this will make your urine yellow instead of clear)
Most important, when giving the sample, give it only from the middle of your piss, because the beginning and end will have more detectable chemicals.
I've used this method several times and never had a positive :)

thc stores in fat cells. The best way to get yourself clean is to work out. get your running shoes on and have at it run until your soaked do that everyday until u have to go to do your test and you should be fine

btw drink water and gatorade stay hydrated..... i get drug tested every 2 months for work and i do this and never had any problems

You're probably right. All my info is anecdotal, I don't have any scientific evidence. I'd be interested to have a diy profile mapped for my own knowledge. Have to get a wholesale price on test kits probably.
