Please help! I think my plant is dieing

I say add nutrients for sure. Big bloom high in P.

If you look closley you can see some sort of mould on the top cola of my plant , in the past i have noticed small slugs that are in the buds and they make some sort of web on it , any way i went in there today and looked at it and it looks like mould, the leaves all around come straight of without even tryin to pull them i dont know if this is the past few days of heavy rain makin the plant rot or if its the slugs eating it and making a web round it please help, Can you top a plant while it is flowering because i think ill need to, the top looks horrible
