looks alright to me not much diffrent from mine only thing i would say is when your plants get bigger your gonna be hard pressed for space with 9 plants i have 5 in my tent and thats pushing it
 
Why don't you put the tray in the tent, so you don't have to move the plants so much?

i think 3 more weeks of veg will be too much, I would just switch now, and where are you going to flower 30 plants in 150 days when those are going to be done flower those plants in your current plan?

i have an ebb and grow im not using, two 2x4 trays unused, a dozed 3 and 5 gal pots...ill work it out... i hope. + rep to you all already!

I say keep all your clones to your self! throw some chains and a couple of 1000W in that basement and grow some pounds!
You have all the basement for your growing right?
 
no, its not in a basement. i dont mind sharing my stuff, and im not out to get rich...im a medical patient that loves to grow bro...thats it. + rep
