It's most likely not your lights...looks more like a pH issue or a water issue, and maybe both.
What are you growing in? How often does the plant dry out...or how often do you water it? If you're in soil, I would say your pH is a little low.

You are in soil so you want you ph higher, go for 6.5-6.8. You don’t have light burn, as long as your temps at the leaves stay ok you should move the light back. What is the room temp at the plant and RH?

You water when dry. Describe what u call dry, should be watering when medium is dry 1" down or so, but all depends on medium + everything else

noob grower here
may i ask why you say he should ph the water when feeding in soil. when i grow outdoors with amended soil i find adjusting the water ph makes the plant grow worse idk must mess with its natural buffer

if this guys pot is taking 10-12 days to dry before watering well that's not cool. its got wet feet. roots dont have a reason to grow. i would re pot and add perlite or anything to improve drainage

low transpiration (bad VPD) and a week ass light may also be part of the problem

bit rude but i believe soil is a waste of time when growing with it indoors and its very bad for noobs to use for a 1st grow
if you are going to treat/feed your soil like a hydroponic medium you are doing everything wrong and you really should just use coca or rockwool even though that brings its own world of problems

Growing in soil indoors is not the same as growing in the ground.

Bad for newbs on first grow? I’d say it’s the best for newbs on first grows as soil is more forgiving. Check my first grow, using soil

I didn’t treat it like Coco, I treated it like growing in soil indoors.

I agree his light might be weak but that may be all he has

Yes it is in soil.when I say let dry it is an inch or two from the top thats every 3 days give or take a day.water ph is at six I let the water sit for a few days with top off water is always at room temp.soil ph is at seven.and I fert every 10 to 12 day the temp stays between 26-28° 80-85°. humidity is at about 45-50%

Factors seem ok, air flow? Might just be the light....I’m new as well but I say stick with soil. Difference between us might just be light

thats kind of what i meant (Growing in soil indoors is not the same as growing in the ground)

i could never make soil work for me indoors.probably because i would treat it like outdoor. i found it too easy to mess with the ec and ph plus the risk of bugs on saying that someday i wish i could go back to soil over growing hydroponically eg DWC. just my reason for being interested. lets hope this persons plant bounces back

you shouldn't need a intake fan. if you are exhausting. air will always be pulled in to the grow space you should not need to be pushing air in to the grow space.
Unless you are using intake like I am, for pulling air from a better source that you can control to your needs. I’ve got 450cfm in and 450cfm out, in slightly restricted with filter.

Yeah if you treat indoor soil like outdoor ground, or like hydro or coco, you will not be very successful. I burned mine this time because I’m experimenting and used too many microbes I think, so now with the tiny nutes I added, the microbes are also making a bunch from the soil. Also trying out different lighting arrangements and burned em a bit that way too. I’ve made plenty other mistakes as well, and they are still doing great. If I made this many mistakes in coco or hydro they would have died a looooong time ago.

I’m going to try coco after I get a few more soil grows

Sorry don't know exactly hot to explain my air flow but top left is exhaust bottom right is intake
Assuming your pot drains well, it would be advantageous to place on a rack (runoff, air circulation) instead of being in a saucer. Well done on your grow space. You're gonna have to start tying that plant down soon.
