Police Harassment

I dont know man I would move the fuck out,especially if I had plants.your crazy bro.I would freq espesially if you know there coming back in the fuure to harass me.thats playing with fire.all would be cool if you wernt growing,but you are so you have to play by different rules.somebody knows something. dont kid yourself!

I have lost all faith in la enforcement. And I never had much to begin with. I now understand why people fear those in positions of authority. I refuse to pay their paychecks anymore. I will be leaving the state ASAP.

anyway, now you know why some people fucking hate cops.

I understood before this incident. This is not the first time I was placed under arrest and cuffed. I was arrested when I was 15 years old, for running away from home after my psychotic aunt tried to kill me. I was cuffed, lecture-fed about the values of family and behaving myself, and when I demanded to be let out of the cuffs (even after my mother finally arrived to pick me up from juvy), one very large officer did a kung-fu-like sweep, knocking me to the ground and giving me a bloody nose. I have hated law enforcement since then.

^^^ That kind of stuff happened to me for 3 years straight when I was in the juvenile system. I got arrested once and on the way to the facility, me and the officer have a few words. This mother fucker pulls over and starts choking me and sticking the finger in my neck ( I was cuffed the whole time). Another time I was in state, and the same thing happened, except this officer slammed me into the steel walls of the security unit, breaking out my two front teeth. The gaurds thought it was okay to keep food from us if we gave them any shit. I went 36 hours straight without anything to eat. Another time I got in a fight with my celly, and after the gaurds finally got the lady in the control room to open the door, he comes in and picks me up above his head, and drops me on my face. That big motherfucker, I ended up needing 4 staples on my eyebrow, had a 1 1/2 inch gash.It sucked being one of three white guys in the whole place.

Sounds like it might be time to move. Your neighbors may have it out for you, and if you are growing there it may catch up to you one day.

Let me reiterate. We do not grow marijuana. That's against the fucking law-why the fuck would I want to do that? Duh. But they have no reason to even suspect such an outlandish thing. And they can't show up with a search warrant, even if we were growing, based on heresay. I don't care how many personal connections my Psychobitch neighbor has. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to search someone just cuz someone says something. I could say the same thing about her...think I smelled weed coming from their house...think my neighbors may be smoking pot...think I'll call the cops. I can play that fucking game too. And there's nobody watching her back when he cop friends aren't around, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't know the things I know about pain-that's all I have to say.

Video tape future incidents and make sure you date them on the tape and in the video. Make sure audio is with it as well. Then consult a lawyer and show them the videos and then sue them if advised to do so by your lawyer. Have the cops fired. It's about fucking time I start to video tape every incident I have with the cops too. I just got busted and I just found out one of the cops took $300 from me that I was saving from work out of my bank for my next food run. And they took my entire kit of smoking equipment even though none of it had resin in them including eye drops, cleaned roach clip, cigarette rolling papers and the machine I use for them, and my lighters that were brand new... I had one bowl with resin in it which is why i got a ticket if anyone saw my thread.

And I didn't have a video camera... FUCKING-A. Despite actually being caught with stuff I still could have pressed harassment charges against the cops and maybe have my charges dropped in turn if I video taped the incident...

I would suggest writing a factual statement of events as they happened, then submitting it to whomever's in charge in your city/state's PD/sheriff's department. Filing a formal complaint will give you a record of what happened in case you ever need to pursue it in court. I will definitely be purchasing an inexpensive security system to install in or near my front and back windows ASAP. I'm tired of being accused of outlandish things, and I'll have proof that we never strayed from our own yards, and I'll also have proof when the cops come back to harass us again-notice I said "when" not "if", because I now view law enforcement as a pervasive threat to my personal safety and quality of life. FUCK the police. I'm getting a gun too.
