The owner of the establishment would be the best person to decide what is permitted or not.

If you had a business, you have every right to toss out people you find offensive.

If I had a business, I have every right to allow gay people to do the same things straight people do. You could simply avoid giving your business to me if you were offended.

Free market solves the problem.
