Poor man's CRI=95 Prolight grow

Hi to everybody.
I'm new to RIU and English isn't my native.
I found RIU good place to stay so I start my poor man's grow under Prolight opto cobs with you fellows.
Feel free in this thread and correct my English if possible

Some data

Leds
4 pcs - Prolight opto PACJ-28FNL-EC47N
CRI=95
117lmw - 350ma. - 36v= 12.6w/1472lm per cob so 50w/5896lm

I buy this for 3$ each so 12$/50w
I read bout Cree vero's and Citi's but here it's impossible to get this stuff cheap so I will try this brand.

Driver
Mean well ldh45b-350w
10$ per driver
I like this series of drivers. It's small, dimmable and have good efficiency 93%.

Power supply
Simple 24v wall adapter from flea market

Heatsink
10*10*800mm
Get for free from my friend
Aluminium profile for Camper slider window.
I double it with two-sided gluetape and it's works great for my opinion
So I have a 20*10*800mm aluminium bar for a passive cooling

Strains
4 Jack Herrer(ghs)
1 Badazz kush(Barneys)
1 K-train (ghe)

So I need time to understand how to put pics here and we go)

Get one laptop style charger for free.
So I loose 20% before driver and a 7% after?
Damn.
OK I'll try to get a meanwell pln 60-24 with better effciency
If in future a wanna double my fixture what kind of driver I need for 2 ldh45b-350w?
Also on datasheet they claim a 2.1 A driver to run the ldh. If I get less amps like 24v 1.2A it will work?
I try some no name driver for small leds like 30v 0.3A and it works but looks like 10 watts glow(((( so I need right 2.1 A to get the ldh works well ?
And a pot.

I buy 100k Potenciometer but when I applied it to driver nothing goes(
Without pot everything works just fine. But I wanna dim it!!!

Is a 1.5*1 cm
The small fan I get from old graphic card
He works on 3.7v 0.7a Nokia wall charger) free for me all my live)
With cooling it's almost cold)
The light looks very clear and a colors looks also very nice
BTW the Cobs is 4000k

You could also use a HLG-60H-C350B, 200V/350mA and also dimmable with 91% eff..
You can get it for 40-45$ and there is no need for secondary drivers. Simply connect the COB's in series to the driver. HLG-60 is available with 350 and 700mA.
If you want to double later, take a HLG-120H-C350b, which runs with 6-12 COB's @ 350mA.
HLG-120 is available with 350, 500, 700, 1050 and 1400mA. 50-55$

Thanx a lot man.
But it's a poor man grow)
And I already bought LDH45 for 10$
Hlg 60-350b costs 35$ in my country
Hm.......
