When using the Seek app, it claims to be an alligator plant. Not sure how accurate that is though.

A friend gave me this plant when I bought my home in 1998. Back then it was about the size of a grapefruit. I've never had it flower! I can barely
lift this thing. Fortunately I move it just 2x a year.
