Hi

Im wanting to know what pot size would be good for my set up. I have 2 medical licenses and plan to place 3 plants per light. Is a 5 gallon pot big enough and is a 15 gallon pot too big. Im not wanting to spend 3000 bucks on 15 gallon pots. I plan to veg for 2 full month. I will be growing OG KUSH, BC BIG BUD, PURPLE INDICAX SKUNK, GODS WHITE LIGHTING. Thanks.

A 5 gallon will be great, I would recommend vegging for a shorter amount of time than 2 months though.

i would like to get between a Qp and half P/plant. I know strain has a lot to do with it.

That's gonna be a difficult task for a first grow unless you have knowledge of topping and LSTing etc.

5 gallon pots will work great..

not the first grow. Topping is a simple concept that I do every time.

1 gallon per month of growth, veg for 2 months, and 3> months of flowering and you should be fine with 5g pots.

I veg in 2 Gallon Pots for 6-7 Weeks from Seed, or 4 weeks from clone.... I flower in 5 Gallon Pots... The size of the pot, and strain has something to do with yield, but it isnt the main factor.... LIGHT is.... I put 2 ladies in 5 Gallon pots under each 1000 Watt HPS light... I usually get between 20-24 Zips from each light (10-12 from each girl).... My first grow was one under a 1000 and I got 18 off her... Its all about the light.... And I say this all the time to newb's.... Less is More.... Meaning, if you JAM 3-4 plants under a 1000, your not gonna get more, or even as much, as if you put 1 or 2 under that light... LESS IS MORE

Thanks I will try putting 3 and see what I get
