Hashish, are you talking about dry sieve or bubble...like full melt? If it was easy i would TOTALLY be making full melt bubble and then reducing with Everclear to remove waxes or other shit and winterizing it. Plus i feel you can achieve different effects from different types of extractions. Whether it extracts any CBD or if it's mainly just THC. So to each his own, and when we talk about potency we should just be specific on what effect we're looking to achieve and whether you're looking for higher CBD concentration or higher THC concentration. Right now i personally would like to burn a half gram of hashish, but i would probably winterize it so my lung aren't put under the stress. I've pretty much moved on from smoking now and am starting to vape most everything, or take dabs w/e it be.

And how is using Iso any better? Doesn't it leave behind trace elements of it's own crud?
Have had Iso oil and it is harsh as hell..... and I'm sure as hell not doing ANY process using Iso or butane etc.. that requires an open flame!!

The oil that we produce is certainly more potent than the kif that we extract it from. It is more potent because we have removed the plant cellulose and waxes that are present in hash, but not in an absolute.

My experience with volunteer patient test panels, is that it takes less to accomplish the same effect, not that it enables the user to abuse it so as to achieve greater effect.

Would you explain exactly what is wrong and dangerous, so that we can track along with you? As long as you continue to throw out opinions, without supporting facts, you are not adding to our education, only entrenching us in the belief that you don't actually have that supporting data.

You're actually completely full of shit. You're not educating anyone, you're misinforming them.

I had a discussion with a doctor of organic chemistry about this subject 2 days ago. He laughed. Butane is not poisonous. In fact iso actually can be poisous where butane is not and iso is nearly impossible to purge without destroying terpenes.

You're lying so you can hawk more iso, it's that simple.

Butane is non-toxic. You inhale more butane from taking a bong hit with a bic lighter than you do even totally unpurged poping bho. BHO is actually healthier than smoking buds. The problem is there are a bunch of idiots out there who have no problem lying to everyone in order to try to talk them into buying whatever they are making instead.

Yes it is. BHO is significantly more concentrated. Standard lab testing proves that.

Fade The keylime pie reference was fully fictional so I could say that chemical created in the canning process. I appreciate you skipping my questions to jump into my bullshit. I'm not so hip and of the options BHO,SOLVENT,BUBBLE which has the highest extraction levels?

Solvents will extract the most out of material...but do you want it to taste great. Are you willing to work at it for a long time??? I would say look into bubble and read up the ice wax with Matt Rize thread if that's the case. BHO is just plain fun to me, call me crazy. But i would like to try for some excellent ice wax and then purify it more with Everclear and filtering.

"Purifying" it with everclear will have the end result of killing terpenes. People need to accept the fact that butane is just the best solvent.

i agree butane is best, but i winterize my BHO with everclear aswell...all in the name of cleaner lungs. now that i think about it...if i went through the effort to make some bomb ice wax i would leave it as is full of great flavor ya.
 
well i for one prefer iso.but i could care less bho wont hurt you...i did notice though you say to use the 70percent rubbing alcohol, you shouldnt use this..stick with isopropanol and leave poisonous crap alone denatured ethanol etc that is marketed as rubbing alcohol is not the same thing as isopropanol

ya i mean wtf am i saying BHO is best...it's the best i've used so far how about that lol:) but i am getting the itch to try some QWET. Only costs me $38 for 1.5L of everclear which if my estimation is right that's cheaper than butane runs/volume. See what i can achieve...if it ends up pretty great i might just stop with BHO for now...but because i don't have to worry about pulling chlorophyll with butane i will probably use it for my second washes/soaks.

The only time I've had ice wax was from CCA, and the flavor was incredible. Definitely wouldn't change a thing.

I don't get this whole winterization thing. No one had a problem with smoking plant waxes while they were in the buds. I don't get why there is a perception there is a problem with it in concentrates.

Some ppl experience more lung congestion than others maybe. I don't always have a problem with smoking the waxes...in fact i just took a few bong rips, but by the end and not long after i could

just feel the difference in my lungs being more constricted than if i'm just smoking winterized bho. There is also that "burning" or just really intense feeling you get in your lungs a lot of times when

taking rips and vaporizing even torching some winterized bho has little to no feeling and will rarely cause you to get enough tickle to cough. But i def feel like it is a hash focused for your noggin-joy,

very heady but if you want more of a FULL effect, as i'm sure you know, smoke whole bud or bud topped with some WBHO.

When smoking from the bong i just need to be taking smaller rips, the bud i'm growing is actually getting better in quality yet i'm still going through the same amount...easy to do with high

tolerance and all but if i cut back on the bud consumption a bit i'll have more for extractions and possibly baking some day.

It really was amazing the difference between some fairly waxy BHO and WinterizedBHO(WBHO from now on lol tired of typing it out) very smooth
 
Dude stop spamming the forums with your garbage that doesn't make any sense. There is no 20x refined butane. As long as your purge your bho properly everything is all good. You are trying to educate people, but, clearly you do not know what the hell is going on.

Were you vaporizing the plant waxes as a kid, or burning them?
 
i hate smoking non winterized oil it leaves a film in my mouth and congests you...its not the same as bud because the wax is concentrated,especially if you use brick or lesser quality bud for your oil. besides the etoh wash will purge the last of the bho so you dont have to wait forever
