Powdery Mildew

ive found a few spots with powdery mildew shes 5 weeks in flower shes the only one out the bunch with it what do i do chop or what i got the humidity to 37% and 77f and i think i got ph lock out what u guys think thnx in advance :wall::wall:

yea soil ph is at 7 m8 but if i give them n wnt that fck up the flowring processes and if it is ok to give them n do i just give them grow nutes instead of bloom

and it wass at 51%h i brang it dwn to 31% but there a few white spots on the fan leaves i chopped her dwn tho

if you have spots of powdery midew on your leafs just cut the infected area off. ! Also if you have small amounts of mold on your bud, cut that shit out of your flower as well ! I know you might not want to cut into your nug , but it's either cut that shit out of risk getting more infected .

all i see is frosty nugs... no mildew ur five weeks in on what strain?? ur doin good br dont stress!! just relax..

if you did have mildew at 51% humidity the you need to definitely be exchanging air more or add another oscillating fan to move air in the room, i had mildew one time.. first grow, and added a little bigger blower for intake and another fan in my room, now poof its been gone for months and i exceed 60%humidity..

koo ill add a lil nitrogen and the buds dnt look like they have bud rot but i cut off a few fan leaves the had the mildew and it master kush week 6 today

Simillarproblem, didnt feel like starting a thread...got blueberry deisel at 70 days , have been battling mildew for a few weeks now, the humidity is at 40% the temps at 71 yes there is Ocean Forest in the room (why did you ask?) ALL the fan leaves have been remouved to increase air circulation the bud is ready for harvest, however some of the sugar leafs have been attact and I dont know how that would affect the cure...I got alot riding on this harvest, Please help asap. I have a wood stove fired up and ready to chop, someone told me to clip the buds off the plants and dip them in hydrogen solution befoure quick dryijng with wood stove....what do you think?

I agree. Either n or nutrient lock out. Stay on top of the ph and check a couple spots in the soil to make sure it's uniform through out the soil.
Your temp should be a bit higher and your humidity a lot higher. My temp is 80 with 50% humidity. I'm using 2 600 cfm fans and have plenty of fresh coming in and have had zero problems with mold or other wise.

Dude, I don't know shit compared to a lot of people in here. The only thing I can suggest is that you invest in a food dehydrator for a quick cure. (4 hours or less depending on model @ 130deg) This way whatever you got growing here would get killed. Then you can cure the regular way, brown bags, jars ect from there on out.

I think your crazy. First, if you have a lot riding on that crop why would you fast dry it on a stove? That makes me very sad. There are better ways to do it if you have to. Use google. Second, if it is an important crop why couldn't you be bothered to start a new thread? Just wondering.
With temp at what it is and humidity that low you shouldn't have any mildew issue unless introduced to the room by you, stagnant water or stuff like rotting trimming. Of course I'm assuming you have adequate air exchange since it's such an important crop.
Cutting all of your leaves off to "increase airflow" again I am saddened deep in my heart to hear someone say this. That is only hindering the production of need nutrients in the plant. Even after cutting the plant you wNt to leave the leaves on for a bit. As the plant drys it pushes sugars out to the buds there fore increasing the over all goodness factor of your herb.
If there is mildew or mold on your plant when drying it will only spread. Try to remove as much as possible. Although back in the day ppl used to bury their herbs damp just to get it to mold.
Don't know about the hydrogen dipping. Sounds silly.
Hope something in this rant helps. All I have to say in the end is DONT DO IT!!

Great job at pointing out that I didn't know about the hydrogen bath. If you read my whole post you could have saved yourself some time and saw that I already stated that I didn't know about it and that it "sounded" silly to me.
Other than that it's all viable information. If you think I was "bitching" at the guy then you should toughen up a bit fella. Because you have a post count of 300 and whatever and you have posted pics doesn't mean jack. What's wrong with my thread and only having one started? Find a better way to spend your time.
