Power lines big problem?

So i have a 5 gal bucket and one 9-ish gal flower pot that will soon be receiving some feminized super silver haze seeds.. they are on PRIVATE land and in a fairly sunny environment! :-) BUT there are some telephone lines about 100 yards or so away.. I don't think this is a big problem.. no1 has been out here to check the lines in a few years.. I was wondering what the probability of phone line companies randomly coming on my farm to fix these lines? Can they even do that? and its just the lines that run through.. the actual poles are not in viewing range of the plants

They should only work on the lines if there is something wrong with them or if they are upgrading them to some other type for whatever reason. Servicing however is rare i think. The poles are in a good place but i doubt they are gna hesitate to walk through your land if the need arises, regardless of laws. What are your other options? Or do you have your heart set on this spot for a certain reason?

I just picked this place bcuz it was pretty sunny.. ya see most of my 30 acres is just woods.. although it wasnt the most secluded.. it was about the sunniest place i could find..

IF, and thats a big if, somebody from the cable company were to stumble accross your grow it would be hard for them to prove you planted it so you should be safe legally but they might fuck up your crop. Almost as bad as jail if you ask me lol.
Go for it i rate, if you dont gamble, you cant win the jackpot

if there are lines up they can go there.

not saying they will, but if they want to they can. if no ones been to the lines in years why would they start now?

Its not enough to get you convicted where i live. I guess its probably different in the U.S.A, etc... I think some research is advisable if you´re worried about getting in shit

I had some plants stolen near some power lines. Good thing I kept that patch small it was more so an experimental grow to see if I could harvest before the tree trimmers came. They got it like a week before harvest but I still got away with a bunch of seeds from some breeding projects I had going. The workers just took all the top colas and i'm guessing they were gonna come back for the rest so I pulled them all. Although it is very tempting I will not grow anywhere even near powerlines now. It did seem to good to be true. Just from my experience.

A friend of mine had an 8footer taken by people working on powerlines last year, you better off staying away from them. Thats just my 2 cents.

ok thanks everyone!! i think what im gunna do is plant one plant in this other spot i found in the middle of the woods and see how well it does then leave the other ones by the powelines and see how they do.. if taken that SUX but not the end of the world i still got some bud.. sounds like a good plan..??

Powerlines are a good spot to grow. Around here they spray herbicide over the high tension lines every 2 to 3 years by aircraft. I've done multiple 30 plant sites under power lines and not once have I had any problem with humans. Ive had crops sprayed and they just drop all leaves and die.

if they were in pots u put them there on your property, if they were in the ground they could have possibly grown wild and they would have to catch you tending to them. check your state laws to be sure.
