my bro always uses prankdial.com, it masks your phone number and some of them are pretty funny. If they stay on thhe phone long enough you hear the message at the end that it was a prank.

a good late night prank call we used to do in high school was calling plumbing/septic companies.
one time, i really had them going. told them the basement flooded and the cats both drowned. asked for the best advice on disposing of them so they wouldn't stink up the house.
good times. my friend (who i will never speak to again, if i can help it) has them recorded. wish i could hear those calls again.

Fuck yeah dude..........lol. Fucking awesome. This takes me way back. I used to prank people all the time.
One time, I am looking thru the phone book, and I see a dude's name COX, HARRY.......fuck I started laughing. I turn to my buddy........"you know I gots ta fuck with him"
So I dialed up and asked for Mr. Cox. When he got on I asked a few times to make sure it was "Harry Cox?" "you sure this is Harry Cox?"
My buddy is nearly pissing himself......but that hysterical internal laughter that nearly makes your liver bleed......covering his mouth and having to leave the room.
Then I asked the dude........." So this is the house of Harry Cox? " then my buddy lost it and the dude heard him in the background and wigged the fuck out. This was before the days of call display.
Fuck I will remember that day.
